I bought a MacBook Pro in “excellent condition” and it literally feels like a brand new MacBook with virtually no signs of use. The battery capacity is also at 100% and the delivery was extremely fast. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy their next laptop!

What could be better? My 15 inch Macbook air dates from 2023 and was rated only 'fair' but there is not a scratch on it and you could not tell it from new. Very good website, very clear what was available and what i had selected. Excellent price and first class packaging and delivery.

Hoxton Macs are a revelation. Buying a "new" Mac has always been a worrying experience, whether it's eBay, Private, or one of the many companies who deal in 2nd-hand Macs.
But Hoxton Macs stands apart from the crowd. Their website is perfectly laid out and a delight to navigate. They show a huge range of MacBooks of all types and prices, all described in detail. Ordering and payment are completely straightforward. I chose a "Good" quality Mac. It is perfect, without a mark, and nearly new battery.
The Mac is sent by DPD for arrival the next day, using an emailed PIN for the driver for security. Packing is in a purpose-built plastic air-filled pillow container, in a strong cardboard box, in a large, secure, plastic envelope.
Telephone assistance is immediately available to answer any queries. In my case, the 2024 M3 Mac I chose was not available after all, so Hoxton Macs called me and offered me a 2025 M4 13" MacBook in lieu at the same price (£695). It was a different colour, but I gladly accepted the offer.
The reliability, customer service, pricing and efficiency of Hoxton Macs are class setting. There is simply no need to look anywhere else if you are needing a replacement Mac.

Great choice of refurbed iMacs, easy to search and specify options required. Prompt delivery and product in as new condition at 60% of current retail price for new.

Bought an iPad Pro 13”.
Clear explanation on website. Delivered on time without fuss.
Packaging is strictly functional and adequate - that’s a compromise I suppose to keep prices low.
The device was “Excellent” grade as promised: no scratches or blemishes anywhere. Best part is the battery was 100% with 0 charge cycles. Essentially good as new for a whole lot less money. 100% recommend.

The laptop arrived on time, nicely packaged and can tell they took lot of care. No issues with the service.
