I enjoyed my stay a lot, learnd many things about yoga and had a great time in Rishikesh! It's hard to tell what I preferd most 😊: the interesting philosophy classes, the powerful hatha classes oder the beautiful view from the roof top! All the best Sophie

I came to Rishikesh without any expectations and I left Hari Om Vidya Yoga School with a heart full of Love!Without any doubt I can highly recommend the school and all the teachers that thought me so much more than Asana! During the four week course I have learnt a lot about myself, Life, India and yoga and I will forever be greatful for this experience. Everyone was very welcomed by Promod and his family, the food was a big highlight and the accommodation was clean and everything I needed. Thank you so much for this life changing experience and I am sure I will be back one day!

A home away from home. Delicious veggie food & lovely clean accommodation. Teachers with access to a wealth of knowledge & Pramod and his family go that extra mile. Highly recommend - a lucky find at such a great price!!

So, where shall I start? Overall my experience with Hari Om Yoga School was very positive. Pramod and the staff are such loving and peaceful people, they radiate calmness and happiness, which helps you along the course.

About the course: The 200hour YTTC at this school is something I would highly recommend! If you are looking for a place outside the busy and crowded area of Rishikesh, this is the place!

I’ve learned a lot about yoga, and yoga related subjects. Yoga is a way of life, and at Hari Om the teachers will teach you how to live this life. Manesh and Pratap are professionals which you will learn a lot from.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is amazing! Chef is a very good cook and a beautiful soul!

Hari Om is a peaceful place with a good vibe, where you definitely will learn a lot.

I found a very good program in the School. I liked very much knowing Anotony and combination with Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. May be as a suggestion I will add alignment & adjustment as a subject in itself, as i think is very important for the asana practice. We had alignment during Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa lessons, and teachers were very dedicated to it. But may be one lesson specific to be focus only in the alignment could be also great!
I like very much the teachers! They all were well prepared and on the path of Yoga. All very good heart and always answer with love to our questions. They always took the time necessary to explain and even stayed after lessons. They have a lot of devotion to teaching and yoga and took their true to explain more things and go deeper into the knowledge. I think Yoga philosophy could be a little more deeper, I think we could have time to go deeper in some things.
Accommodation were great, very good rooms with balconies with a great view, with everything I needed. As a suggestion the cleaning of rooms could be improve a little.
Food is excellent and the staff in the kitchen are the best. They were always very friendly and carefull to us. They pay attention to what be needed, and they prepare delicious dishes.
I like very much school Campus. I felt very comfortable during all the month, it has a great terrace with a great himalayas view. Thank you so much!!!!

Very good assistance in helping with alignments and a good feel for different student’s level. Good at preparing us slowly for the harder Asana step by step.
Teacher are very friendly, helpful, assisting, especially for beginners. They make teachings clear and understandable.
Accommodations are very nice and clean rooms, nice view, good bed, warm shower, no problems. Also quite a lot of space.
Food is good sattwik food, not too spicy, vegan options are extremely practical. Also a good big variety.
School Campus is a good, safe atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and at home, and you can ask any questions.

My Teacher’s are very important teachings going on with discipline and on schedule. All knowledge is very clear, step by step so that’s easy understand and memorize new information.
Teacher’s are teach with heart and kind sharing the knowledge and experience. All teachers in Hari Om Yoga Vidya School stay in Yoga path so for me great possibility feels Yogi vibration and inspiration for practice together.
Accommodations is very clear and comfortable, very nice that good looking, good location and peaceful atmosphere. So allowed to set up for study and feel comfortable.
Food service is amazing very balanced and tasty. So possible enjoy during hard practicing. Food gives us energy so fresh food and nice master chef of kitchen.
School Campus is very well. Everything going on time, by schedule and also without tension. So nice organization from head of Hari Om Vidya School gives feeling staying at home like family energy. Thanks a lot to been here.

This is my second times join the school. Participated YTT 100hrs in year 2017. Now 2018 taking YTT 200 hrs again in Hari Om Yoga Vidya School. I really like this school so much.
1-The principal, Pramod Ji is very friendly & knowledgeable for Yoga & everything.
2- The teachers are very knowledgeable & teach us the real knowledge of yoga.
3- Thru the course, I realize that Yoga is an union, not just for Asana yet it is a lifestyle, Philosophy & Balance towards the life.
4- The Phenomenon, environment, and the school is so harmony, full of the energy & really good for learning.

When I decided to do the yoga teacher license at Hari Om Yoga Vidya School I expected to learn the basics of the traditional Yoga, how to teach it to others & to have an inspiring time in India.
In the end I got so much more:
The teacher & the staff are all absolutely heart- warming & supporting in any concern.
At Hari Om Yoga Vidya School we had well structured practise & theory classes, furthermore the school is situated in a very nice area in Rishikesh, so there are nice places to see around.
The food, rooms & staff were just better than expected & I’m looking forward to come back & continue with my yoga journey.

Pramod and his family welcome everyone nicely and help you with any kinds of requests! There is a beautiful and positive atmosphere in the school. The rooms are nice and the food is delicious with a lot of variety in my opinion:)
I learned a lot in Hari Om Yoga Vida School! The teachers are amazing in their individual way! Everyone has its own character and brings it into every class. The programm is well organized, we have been busy for the whole day!
On sundays Pramod helped us organizing some trips as rafting or going to a waterfall.
The school has a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view, I enjoyed it every day :)

This is a family school, here you feel welcomed! The rooms are really nice and the location is perfect, far from the crowds and noise, but close to cafes, organic stores and small market to buy presents, also close to the bridge.
The food is delicious and traditional! You have different teachers for different subjects. You learn more than just asanas. The staff can help the group organize rafting or tours for the days off. They take care of you.
I'm really happy with the experience and is more than expected.

It has been a life changing experience that has furthered my spiritual growth and inspired me to spread the yogic lifestyle to help change the world for the people and animals. I took my 100hrs course in the School and Liked it so much. Everything was perfect: location, the food, the schedule, teachers and of course the experience I got. I will definitely recommend this school to anyone.

Not sure how I ended up at HariOm school but I’m so glad I did. My whole experience there was fantastic. Fully emerce yourself into the world of yoga if you haven’t already or top up on something’s we may have forgot or not learnt yet. ALL the Trainers, staff (Family) are amazing and will guide you on your very personal journey. Plus the food is very good. I can not thank them enough. HariOm 🕉🙏

I was very hesitant to book, but very grateful that i did - it was a fantastic experience.

My experience in Hariom yoga vidya school was perfect, the way it need it to be. Promod and his crew are very good people, very organised, the accomodation was so confortable, after living there for a month you feel at home, although they make you feel at home since day one.
About the teaching, I have learned so much, my life changed since my yoga course.
I totally recommend!!! O my god!! I almost forget about food!! We all know in India food is good, but in hari om food is amazing!!

I was for two times in this school, the teachers are soooo great, the food, acomodattions and all the services too.
The program of the school is really interesting because you can study holistically all the parts of yoga and that give you a complet vision of what is yoga.
I'm really happy to had this experience in this school and had the oportunitty to study with all the teachers.
