I used a company in Leicester before this one, recommended by a previous estate agent and they were so dreadful I had to stop using them, fortunately, my new estate agents recommended HPLC Conveyancing – thank goodness they did.
I used Bethan who was thorough, helpful, super-efficient and most importantly contactable. I had to do very little (unlike my previous attempt to sell) Bethan just quietly got on with the sale and also had to deal with a tricky instance which she did do fantastically, she knew ‘her stuff’ and helped the sale move forward!
