Loggin on issue
I emailed with a logging on problem and received an instant response followed up by a telephone call from the Client Experience Key Account Manager Rohit James. Rohit was polite and spoke clearly, providing me with the information I needed. I found the experience to be very helpful and efficient.

Logging into new HR Platform - Croner-i
I got in touch with Customer Service because I was not able to access our account due to the upgrade. Moomna was very attentive and helped me resolve the issue quickly. I have now be able to log into the account. Thanks for the great customer service.

Going above and beyond!
As a regular user of HR-inform I have always found the platform a vital tool for my role. Since signing up for the Pro version I'm still navigating my way around the upgraded version, but am so impressed at the additional resource, templates, news articles and so much more.
