The CIPD Legal Helpline is my go-to place when I need reassurance that my own HR rational is correct and there's no one else to ask.
Mobola immediately grasped what I was explaining, and gave me clear, precise reasons for the correct direction to take, which reassured me that I was definitely on the right track. She was friendly and very helpful.
I've been an Associate Member of the CIPD for over 5 years now, and this is one of the useful perks of my membership, with 20 free calls a year.

Farouk was super helpful in simplifying the noise around the ER issue I was discussing with him. Also, even after keeping him on the phone for almost an hour, he was really patient and supportive. I felt properly listened to and went away much clearer in my thinking.

CIPD HR INFORM EXPERIENCE…
I spoke with James Forrester and he was so detailed, kind and highly patient. Ensured my questions were answered and even offered me a deal to support my needs. Then I had my onboarding with Lilian and she was so amazing! I had to cancel twice and she kept rescheduling regardless. Our session was great, she gave great information at every stage yet kept it comprehensive. Loved my experiences so far.
