From recruitment, onboarding and induction to appraisals, salary reviews and exit interviews, everything is streamlined and all carried out extremely efficiently. We get instant advice and guidance from the team on all aspects of HR and our policies and procedures are always kept up to date and communicated. A real weight of our minds, knowing the charity and all staff are looked after and supported.

Nick Taylor and his support team at HR Dept are always extremely helpful and they have supported us with our HR issues for many years.

We’d not used a HR consultant before so wasn’t sure what to expect and we were a fish out of water when it came to dealing with HR.
