The HR Dept in Dorset are a fabulous company. Nick and his team are always on hand when you need professional advice and support. Thoroughly recommend them.

I have been with HR Dept Exeter for 12 months and found the team to be excellent. They are very supportive, helpful and clear with their advice, with every team member giving consistent advice. The contract is annual (not 5-yearly like many others) and their response time is always within 24 hours.

We have returned to working with HR Dept Solent following a period with another HR provider. We prefer the 'hands on' approach rather than virtual assistance. The team are always very supportive, responsive and professional. It has been a pleasure to re-engage with them. As an SME their dedicated guidance and support is invaluable.

In mid 2023 I sign a contract for the PMA Media group for a head of operations role.

The HR Dept was the HR department for the company.

I started my 3 months notice and 3 days before I suppose to join this company. I chased them as I wonder why my laptop was never sent to me.

I got a reply that due to unforeseen circumstances they had to withdraw the offer even though it was signed months ago. It turns out the company they was supporting was under investigation by the FCA and the CEO was arrested.

This part is not the HR Dept fault. But they didn't even bother to call me just an email. Hence the one star.

Also the email I got was a weeks pay "as a gesture of goodwill" however it was an actual legal requirement.

It is disgusting they should of given me 1 months pay as I lost my job through this and I am still suffering financial from this ordeal to this day.

Not calling me was also a cowardly act - I am still suffering so bad from this - I think its fair to write a review.

1 MONTH Compensation should of been given - not the minimum so heartless and I trusted the interview process.

AVOID as it could ruin your life too.

All the team fro HR have been brilliant. they have been very patient and understanding throughout the contract set upset.

Working with the HR Dept Newbury has been great! They are always very supportive, responsive and professional, and have been key in the creation and development of our HR activities. It has been a pleasure working with them, and throughout the years, as we grow, we have confirmed the need, and value, to have their dedicated guidance and support.

I was awarded a contract for plumbing maintenance but was required to have a construction phase plan/rams and coshh assement in place.I contacted the HS Dept and I spoke to someone who got all this sorted out for me with no problems and within the time limit that i needed it for. great service
