Lee's HR Essentials Workshop was a brilliant introduction to HR and Employment law for an HR Advisor Trainee within the business and has set her up well as she moves forward with her experience and education. I would 100% recommend the Essentials Workshop as well as the other paid workshops hosted by Lee, they are in-depth, excellently informed and perfectly suited to SME's.

I really enjoyed this workshop- HR is completely new to me and I am learning how to be an HR Advisor 'on the job'. The HR Essentials Workshop was so helpful in introducing me to the key issues in HR and Employment Law, and I found the topics really interesting. Lee and Laura were also excellent and answered any questions I had. I'd definitely recommend it!

The team at HR Dept have been absolutely amazing for our charity. We are a small organisation and don't have internal HR staff. Working with HR Dept they have helped support us in the good times and the harder times around HR. We feel confident that we are able to grow as an organisation thanks to their support and advice.
