We have been working with The HR Dept and receiving guidance and support for a year. They have helped with the inital set-up of company HR documents, Tupe, staff training courses and everyday staffing issues.
The team are very approachable and quick to respond to all queries, making it easy to build a good rapport. On a personal note, I feel supported because they listen and help me resolve a wide range of challenges.

All the ladies that we have dealt with talked to us in an understanding and empathetic way. What initially seemd like a minefield, soon became clear!

Nick and all at HR dept have been an inspiration. Coming from a small business that had grown beyond it's existing realms, Nick spent the time, was concise, clear and professional in showing the way through to growth. Setting the business language, legal framework and empowering me as a business owner to structure and have the tools to drive through to changes needed. Being relatively new to HR, I am in contact regularly as my knowledge is limited and I cannot fault Rachel and the Bristol team. They are exactly the support I need and have exceeded my expectations. We work with Emma from HR Dept Wilmslow and have found the service to excellent. We're a growing business and needed to ensure we had HR support but didn't have the requirement for an in-house HR person. Emma and her team fill that support gap and then some. It seems that Emma is always available and ready to help be that for general HR queries, amendments to contacts\handbooks or for more serious matters.

I have absolute faith in Emma and the team and wouldn't be without them.

We have been working with HR Dept for a number of years and they have become a fundamental part of our HR operation. As a family run business it is so important for us to have their expert consultancy services on hand to operate successfully. HR Dept has implemented new contracts, revised our company handbook and updated numerous other HR templates bespoke to our organisation. We have been directed and supported through the pandemic with the furlough scheme, redundancies and safely returning to work, along with the general daily support we need with employing and managing our personnel. We have most recently been working closely with Laura who has helped us develop an improved, robust Recruitment process, and is heading our selection process. Laura is always at the end of the phone to help coach and guide us through each situation; her expertise and professionalism has supported us no end.

We have used HR Dept numerous times over the past few years for recruitment, for every role we have hired they have taken time to understand what we are looking for, understanding our ethos as a business to make sure the people they put in front of us are the right fit.
