Privacy is nice bonus, because you don't have to fill your personal data in app, u dealt it directly in hotel. 10/10

Not connected to the airport via walkway
The site states it's connected to terminal 1, we had to take a taxi. I booked with a third party for myself and my two children and was argued with that I only booked for one person. Specially looked for a hotel connected to the airport via walkway and two beds because of my two children. Price was higher than reservation quote

Despite making specific special…
Despite making specific special requests at the time of booking a room for two people, e.g. for separate beds, quiet room, non-smoking room, all these were IGNORED after payment and these requests were excluded and replaced with 'special requests' that were not ticked, i.e. for a Double Bed and Parking, neither of which were specified, wanted or required. Extremely rude!! An extremely POOR experience.
