Had my ears pierced for the first time and the lady who did it was extremely friendly and gave me the best advice i would certainly go there again not just for piercings but for jewellery as well, a fantastic selection of watches as well.

I bought the product online early morning of the 13th of Feb and I was meant to collect it from one HSamuel's stores that day as per the advert. To my surprise, when i got to the store, the manager informed me that she did not have my order and it was Special Orders department fault ; she sated that i had to call them but she did not have their number. She did not try to settle this by any other customers care techniquies other than trying to sell me a much more expensive item. I explained to her that i had used the last money i had and if she could not help me, i would prefer a refund so i could get my partner a Valentines present elswhere. This did not get me anywher as, she tried to call the department with no luck. I called Customer care on the 14th as the present was still not delivered. At this time i felt let down by HSamuels and embarassed that i had made a fake promise to my parther who was getting irritated by my promises (she had bought me 100ml of expensive perfume). Customer care offered a £20.00 vucher and a refund which only reflected to my account On the 16th Feb after lunch. What a way to thanks a loyal customer who has in the past bought for cash a chain worth over £700; multiple gift sets worth over 250. I am very dissapointed and hope this gets to whoever that can review my case and make amends.

I bought a Citizen Eco Drive for £199 reduced from £400.
I’ve been happy with it but their customer service is questionable. When I asked them how to adjust the time as it was two minutes fast, they gave me two options.
Spend another £10 so that can put it right by the end of the day OR
Send it by post and wait a month.
That’s enough for me to decide to go elsewhere next time for any purchase, which I already have

Friendly professional service from this branch. Very helpful in choices of watch available and no pressure sell. All options of extended warranty given and again no pressure on me to buy.
Feeling valued after shopping for a new watch as given time, support and advice. It was interesting that I had busted store some weeks earlier to start looking to purchase the item and by chance Gary served me. Delighted with my purchase which probably was not what I originally sought but Is perfect choice Definitely would visit again
