Excellent customer service from Abbie when my partner purchased an engagement ring for me. Would highly recommend

Pathetic online ordering...email conformation said delivery 1st April but didn't arrive. Called customer service told they would investigate and call back but didn't. Just called them again told delivery on the 3rd April but gift is a birthday present needed for the 2nd!!! I ordered the item in plenty of time so this isn't acceptable. I should have ordered from amazon as they had this watch in stock...I won't be using HSamuel ever again.

Amazing! Got my second ear piercing today and I love it the process was very hygienic and sanitary and the staff was very helpful and kind.

We bought our weddings ring in white cold. Hubby's ring was craked 1 week after the wedding and mine lost its colour. We contacted the shop, they changed my husbands ring and cleaned mine, but after 3 weeks both rings lost their colour. I dont recommend to buy white gold rings from this company, shame though as we paid quite a bit of money.

Been in a couple of times, Jake has been super helpful and has offered me some excellent advice and helped me adjust and correctly size my Seiko watch today.

I've been a customer for many years without any problems. In October I had an issue with a ring I'd bought 14 months ago. The Chester store were able to sort the problem very quickly. I am very happy with the Customer Service, the staff go above and beyond expectations to ensure their customers are happy.

I purchased a watch from my local Midlands H Samuel a few months ago. They had to adjust the bracelet by taking a link out so that it would fit well.
On a recent day trip to Chester, the bracelet lost a part so I popped into the city centre outlet to see if they could fix it. Manager Gareth took a look but not able to sort it- common problem when any watch bracelet is altered. He then kindly exchanged the watch for a new model with no charge. Excellent service and very pleasant guy- the other staff were also helpful. Have shopped with H Samuel for many years and very happy with this experience

Would have left 0 stars but wasn't given an option. Absolutely disgusting customer service, staff were rude and very unhelpful with faullty item Will not be going there again.

I bought a pair of tree of life earrings for a friend in silver. They were reasonably priced and very good quality. The shop assistant was very helpful. Thank you.

The two ladies in the Chester Samuels shop were very kind in fixing my watch and a pair of earrings of sentimental value for my daughter’s wedding. They also offered me discount on 2 gold bracelets which I had been looking at. Their customer service was so good and they were so patient with my grandchildren that I was happy to make my purchase there.

Bought watches for wife and myself. Excellent service and very friendly. Altered one of the straps no problem at all.

My husband purchased a watch last month at the Chester branch of H Samuel and the service received was excellent. The young man who served us was polite, helpful and knowledgeable providing the type of service one expects but is lucky to receive as a general rule.
