It was really easy to do online but struggled at first as it wouldn't accept better than going in just have to pick up now well excited

Such good choices and easy to see product choices of how to pay

Visited the Chorley store and was served by Joanne. The store was busy, with only two staff and I was stood a while waiting for assistance. Joanne finished serving the person she was with, apologised for my waiting and asked if she could assist me. I was looking for two separate gifts so I knew I would be taking a while. She took the time to offer me advice and showed me different options for each gift. I wasn't made to feel rushed at any point even though the store was full.
Joanne took the time to present the items I finally chose in nice boxes, swapping one box for the other as she wasn't happy with the presentation.
She politely asked if I was happy could I leave a review, which I said I would be happy to. I did actually forget until I got the gifts out of the bag to wrap and saw a little slip attached to the receipt highlighted with Joanne's name. This made me smile and I wanted to share my experience at a busy time of year when shopping can be very stressful. I will definitely return.

Poor service and rude staff. Brought a wedding ring from here only to find was slightly big for me . Took it back only had it on a few days had receipt and insurance. Staff asking for 60 pounds to get resized . Not had it on long. Surely if I had receipt and not had it long they l would change it for free. Staff wasn't helping and practically throw the ring back at me when I didn't want to pay 60. Will never use you again.

I don’t normally write reviews but We recently went into store to look for an engagement ring I found one I liked but when home I phoned the shop explaining after trying several others what I was looking for, she phoned me several times to give several options and nothing was too much trouble. So when I finally found the one she ordered it into store and it’s absolutely beautiful I love it and had so many compliments! We will definitely be back for our wedding rings. Thank you Joanne for all your time and patience!

Absolutely furious with H Samuels. I ordered a set which they informed me was in stock and they took my money. Today I received an email informing me the item was cancelled as out of stock. So how come the lady took the order and told me they were in stock. Shame on you. I will never ever shop with you again. No doubt you couldn't care less

Excellent staff, tried hard to find replacement watch strap (Radley). Contacted the company, who could not replace. Found me a new watch at only £4 more than it would have cost for a new strap on the old one, so I am well pleased.

The lady in the store was very helpful in helping me choose my engagement ring, it cost a pretty penny but was beautiful and packaged lovely. I’ll be back for the wedding bands!

Assisted by Lizzie, who was extremely helpful, interested, took her time and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Helping me to pick the perfect gift for my daughters 30th birthday. They even gift wrapped it beautifully for me. She loved it 😊

Excellent service and very helpful staff. The necklace I bought for a present was lovely.

The ordering process on the website was very easy. I selected to collect from store. My order was estimated to arrive on the 08/05/2021, however, I received an email on 05/05/2021 informing me my order was ready.
No problems with collection. The watch was a gift, we returned to store to have links taken out - again no problems!
The hubby likes the watch!
