We were made so welcome by both ladies in the Cramlington branch. Christine was so helpful and full of patience. She made sure we got the exact wedding rings we wanted and gave us her experience in sizing the rings. She did well above and beyond, what we were expecting. Two very friendly ladies. Great customer experience
I called in to the Cramlington shop and had a great customer service experience with Christine. I took in two items for repair, one of which she was able to complete immediately for me. The 2nd item needed to be sent away which is always a concern when it’s an item of great sentimental value. Christine talked me through the process and was extremely professional. I felt comfortable with the process and within minutes had received a detailed text message confirming all the information and a reference number. I have used the Cramlington shop on a number of occasions now and their service has never let me down.

I have always bought from the Cramlington branch over the years. I have dealt with a few of the staff especially Janice Moore the Store manager who dealt with a problem that I had. Wont hesitate to buy from them again.

Cramlington shop adheres well to covid guidelines. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Faye served me, she was friendly,helpful and didnt rush me making a decision. Faye was adjusted the watch strap for a better fit.Will use this shop again.
