Nice shop and a great location right at the front of one the entrances to the shopping centre. Friendly staff and clearly told to up-sell insurance and then another option for a heavily discounted pendant. Neither of which i wanted and felt a bit pushed.
Bought a watch for father-in-law which had to be returned. Watch was excellent value, on offer. But when it was returned (digits too small) he was just told to look online and he felt a bit let down. Shame really as with so many online retailers these days, we want to support the high street but this doesn't help.

Assistant was very helpful and she helped me choose the perfect gift for my daughter.

Got exactly what I went in for, very helpful and pleasant staff, nothing too much trouble

I went to the shop with a broken watch strap which understandably they were not able to mend, but Jill, the lovely shop salesperson, was very helpful in helping me make a selection of a new watch, which was great. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and I came away with an excellent watch, which I love. Thank you.

Even though we knew what we wanted and the shop was busy, the staff were really helpful and said they would be with us soon. I was grateful that our presence in the store was acknowledged as it is very frustrating to be ignored. The staff were helpful and friendly and I would recommend the shop to others as well as use it again myself in the future.

During our last visit in Eastbourne and looking for a nice Wedding Anniversary
present in your shop we were lucky not only to find the right gift, but seen to by a lovely lady Kelly, I think her name was/is?
She was very helpful, very understanding, very friendly and make us feel comfortable shopping again after being self isolating for a long time.
Therefore, we left happy and very appreciative about the service we received.
Unfortunately I lost the till receipt with the details of the Sales assistant, etc,
but your email made it possible to leave this nice lady a ***** feedback!

Really helpful customer service. Two lovely ladies in store chatty and friendly.

Excellent customer service, was made to feel welcome, was helped to the best of sales assistants abilities, talked through different ring styles and was generally very helpful. I was one happy customer.
