Served by the manager Ross Crawley who was so polite and helpful. His knowledge of the products and guidance in buying the jewellery we were looking for was outstanding!

I attended the Cassio G-SHOCK event in Hemel Hempstead store today .. the manager Ross Crawley is the most friendly , welcoming, helpful manager I have ever met in any of h Samuel stores, I have purchased lots of watches from this store , each time receiving the most amazing service, so much so , that I will only shop in this particular store , thank you Ross , you truly are a brilliant manager and H Samuelson should be very proud of your service to customers ..

We visited the Hemel branch. We were helped out and served by Kelly and she was amazing! We felt comfortable and she had such amazing knowledge of every single piece of jewellery I asked about. She managed to find me the most perfect ring that was within our budget and all with a smile on her face. I would defiantly recommend and defiantly want to say a massive thank you to Kelly who attending to my very fussy needs as she massively went above and beyond for us.

Purchased a ring for £999 received email and text to say it’s ready to be collected when I get to the store they look at me all confused with attitude. Saying in a rude way “ you received a text and it actually says it’s here and ready to be collected” so I show her the message and she still looks confused and says “ well we have had no deliveries so it’s definitely not here” didn’t Evan bother to look. Contacted head office who say it has been signed for by the store but they don’t know where it is. I will never shop there again.

Ross at Hemel Hempstead was most helpful and helped me pick the perfect watch to give my husband for our Silver wedding Anniversary. He was so nice and made me feel confident in my choice

Good range of stock to choose from and polite friendly staff willing to provide information about the products. I ended up with the watch I wanted, and am pleased with the quality for the price.
