Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. I won't buy anything else again from them. We visited H Samuel at Oxford Street and it was a real nightmare to get someone to show us the wedding rings and it felt really rushed. After we chose them I bought my ring and sent it for resizing only to discover when we went for a second time to collect it that they have given us the wrong size. We now have to go for a third time to get it resized again. I am considering to get it cancelled get my refund and buy from someone else because their customer service sucks. I bought also a watch on the same day, the customer service lady who was supposed to help us was really iritated as their system has gobe down and she couldn't do the payment. I was waiting for ages and ages for their system to work and she was getting more and more frustrating. At some pount she asked for a colleague to take over and she run away from the till frustrated. After at least of half an hour waiting for their system to work we got the watch only to realise that she never adapted it correctly to fit my wrist as she said she would do. I had to go back and ask her to do it again. She did and dis it wrongly again. I felt she didn't want to do her job at all. I had to buy a screw driver and do it myself at home. I will never consider them again for any purchase and will get my money back to buy from someone who respecta me and the money I spend on their products and services.

The person who was showing me the watches was so helpful and patient, but you suppose to have more workers as the one who was with me was helping two other families at the same time, the supervisor wasn’t organized
