Donna in Rhyl was so amazing, purchased a watch for my partner today and she was so polite and friendly, I came in with my friends and she didn’t hesitate to make us laugh, would deffo recommend

Called in on 14/4/2025 to have my ordered watch strap fitted. Zoe and Lianne were so polite and extremely helpful. They both went above and beyond with my customer experience.

Lianne at Rhyl store was very helpful. I had a tight deadline to produce a gift. Lianne went the extra mile to help create a new charm bracelet with previously owned animal themed charms I brought in with me. Excellent help in choosing a suitable silver bracelet to compliment the charms.

Amazing service from Krystle, I have a very small wrist so I have been looking for a watch to fit mine for a while. I went in a tried on a few watches and Krystle was very helpful taking links out and helping me find one that fit my wrist well. Five star service, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase jewellery!

Five star service from Lianne and Krystle at Rhyl branch. Handled a wrong sizing exchange very professionally and even sent recorded delivery to my home address at no extra charge

I was greeted as soon as I entered and the woman who served me also remembered me from my last visit before Christmas. Service was very quick, she checked the item for any possible faults/damages before I bought it, there were none. Just great service in every way

Donna who works at the H Samuel at Ryhl was a lovely and me and the wife both went in and I bought the wife a new watch for Christmas and she was doing a amazing Job from start to finish from ordering the watch to it arriving and then she took links out so it fitted the wife Fantastic looks great thanks again Donna

Shop had impressive displays, given opportunity to browse at leisure. Professionally and pleasantly guided by Bee when we asked for help. She explained current offers clearly without pressure. We felt we received good service and good value the item we bought.

Fantastic service from Zoe at Rhyl store yesterday. H Samuel always provide a first class service and I am pleased the Rhyl store is still going despite the rest of the high street depleting. Zoe took out some links on a watch which was bought for my son's birthday. Her attention to detail was second to none making sure my son's watch fitted well. I also discussed the repair of my engagement ring which was originally
purchased in Chester H Samuel over 30 years ago.

Great service today in the Rhyl store from Lianne.
She helped me find a special present and also told me Samuel's do bespoke jewellery. This is great news as I had no idea. She took a photo of the item I wanted copying and said she would see if it could be done.
