Staff were very helpful and friendly fitting a new white gold clasp to my pendant necklace thank you ..

This is the third time i have used H.Samuels of rhyl and as usual the staff were very helpful,very knowledgeable,and a pleasure to deal with them.I can recommend the rhyl branch to anyone,also not too much to pay.

Excellent service from Zoe at the Rhyl store. Ordered a ring in my size, adjusted it slightly on site & received a discount with my Blue Light Card. Also spent time trying other rings on. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Zoe & the Rhyl store

We only ever go into town for h s Samuel, we had Krystal today a lovely women she is! More than helpful to be honest, always is. All the staff are friendly in this store, we’ve been to many stores and never been as helpful! Thank you again

Zoe was amazing purchased 2 wedding bands and Zoe was incredibly helpful and wished us all the best for our wedding wedding day thank you Zoe for all you do .

Popped into the Rhyl branch today and Zoe was extremely helpful. Fingers crossed I am able to have my new ring resized. Will be a tricky one but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Krystle at Rhyl H Samuel Jewellers was so helpful yesterday 13th May 2024 she assisted in giving me time to find a beautiful ring for our engagement and was overwhelmingly pleasant and courteous even informing us of the blue light discount when I mentioned I worked for NHS. She congratulated me and my partner on our engagement and made us feel very special and valued. She assisted in finding the right size and both rings I tried on fitted perfectly so she just said buy the one you most like and the one I chose she commented was London blue Topaz as she had excellent knowledge of the jewellery you supply. She really deserves a commendation she made a happy event even happier. Please thank her so much.

Went to H Samuel Rhyl to have a look at a couple of watches I had seen online. When I had a look in the cabinet decided to try them on Zoe was very helpful saying they were the Eco watches never needing a battery I liked them both. both needed an extra link which Zoe has sorted for me asked if I would like extra insurance cover (no) All in all a very good purchase ( I don`t think I would have Bought them without seeing them first to much messing about sending stuff back online and getting extra link put in)

I went in to h Samuel to buy a couple of pairs of earrings for my little cousins birthday, Zoe was extremely helpful and very bubbly, she provided 5 star service and made sure to offer me insurance just incase the earrings get lost which the insurance would cover. This was extremely helpful with the birthday girl only being 7 this year she’s bound to loose one.

I went in for a new battery for my watch. The assistant (Zoe) offered me a choice of a standard battery or a lifetime battery, which I was unaware of. I opted for the lifetime battery. The service was very quick. I have been a customer for many years but not left a review before. The staff are always very helpful, polite and friendly. It's a pleasure to shop there.

Donna and all the staff at the Rhyl branch are extremely helpful, experienced and professional along with a friendly attitude.
