Excellent customer service from Lianne. As soon as I entered the shop, to look at the watches on display, Lianne welcomed me and offered to help. Then, she stepped back an allowed me to browse, without making feel under pressure.

I asked lots of questions and tried a necklace on. Lianne's patient responses ensured I stayed in the shop longer. In the end I decided against the watch purchase and ordered a ring resize. Which cost more than double the value of the watch. So, her perseverance paid off for H. Samuel.

Lianne and her colleague also talked me through the bespoke design serve, which I knew nothing about.

As a result of the excellent service I will return to this branch when I can afford the £300+ necklace I tried on (despite living closer to another branch). I will also be nudging my partner towards the design service, for that special purchase!

I went in not 100% sure on what I wanted for my wedding ring and Donna was brilliant at listening to what I liked and actually sourced my dream ring through their stock from another branch.
It was delivered from another store very quickly and was absolutely perfect.
From advice to fit and style to insurance to keep my new wedding ring absolutely pristine at all times. Cannot fault the service we recieved.

I was served by Zoe Davies. She took great care helping me to find a ladies watch with bracelet to suit my very narrow wrist and then adjusted it to fit. I am very pleased with the result. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Nothing was too much trouble and she provided very helpful comments and advice.

I had been looking to have a diamond pendant made into a ring. Went into the H Samuels store in Rhyl and was greated by an assistant called Zoe. I explained what I was looking to have done and wondered if this would be possible. Zoe explained that the company would be able to this and the desine team would be able to work out a desine and send a picture of what they proposed also the price before going ahead. After getting the picture of what they proposed and the professional help from Zoe, I went ahead with the design. Now in possesion of a beautiful gold and diamond ring.

I wanted a bracelet so whist on holiday went to the branch at Rhyl. A lovely lady called Donna helped me choose the one I bought she was helpful and knowledgeable and I got just what I wanted great experience
