The man who helped me his name was Aman was very polite and helped me pick out a really nice watch. Great service, I have nothing but praise for this store and Aman.

Superb, great cost to add this beauty

Today I had terrible service from a tall and slim white man at Romford H. Samuel. There was only one customer with a friend closing watches, despite the fact that it wasn't much busier. It was around 20 minutes earlier when I asked him to show up, but his reply was that I am with the customer. I do understand if he was dealing, showing, or taking money; instead, he was standing in the corner. Consumers pick and converse with each other. In reality, you will only be serving one consumer, and numerous purchases won't be able to be tracked, which truly sounds horrible. It takes only 2 minutes. To be honest, lazy sales assistants, I could wait a long time, but I came to buy it when I was in my lunch break, as it was 10/15 minutes waking distance from Queen Hospital. Need to improve in store; good response. Tomorrow I would go to Startford to buy🔥🔥🔥, as coming Tuesday on 22nd of August cousin weeding. Thanks a lot.

I bought a beautiful Bulova watch for my niece which was in the sale and was still worth buying if not in the sale.
They have a nice team and I go into the Romford branch every now and then because I live in that neck of the woods. However, with the competition around I feel they need to be a bit more attentive to customers to win them over

Went for a new watch battery. Quick fitting and reasonable price. Will go back for other watch.

The staff there were amazing. I went in looking for a last minute gift for Father’s Day and she was very patient with me trying to browse all the watches. She even went out of her way to take out some of the watches out of the display. She was also really polite.

I bought a ring which was a size J but due to swelling knuckles (age!) had to swap it for a larger size. This was dealt with efficiently and with good grace. Couldn't fault anything. 🙂

Had ordered a ring, but once delivered and tried it on changed my mind.instead I requested to order a different ring and the gentleman I believe was the manager by the name Chris and a lady were very professional patient and efficient.
New order arrived within a few days to my wedding and was super pleased.
