Was told it does not come by royalmail but a courier firm so there is time they send a message to let you know when they are coming
Got to 16.30 still nothing so tried ringing samuals but phone not answered so rang samuals barnsley who sent a message to them .
Samuals skipton rang me to be told the courier firm do not deliver pn a saturday so i had wasted a day for nothing . Could not ring customer services as they are closed .Told to give it while monday afternoon and if nothing call back .my wife rung and was told give it until friday and if nothing call back
Its becauseof christmas backlog
What a poor excuse as this was bought on 02/january
I am not holding my breath for friday and can't wait for the next excuse

Took in my 14-year-old son for his ears pierced. Served by Bushra. Very professional. Took time to explain everything in a way that my son could understand. Hygiene was her top priority. A very helpfull young lady. Thanks Bushra - service with a smile !
Went into H Samuel today, we were served by Laura who could not have been more helpful.
I went into h Samuel today (18th October) to get my ear piercings redone and the girls in the shop were outstanding, the first girl with blonde hair was so lovely and helpful in her advice and guidance and she advised me to get two sets because it would have worked out cheaper for myself and then the other lovely young girl who did the actual piercings was extremely lovely, patient, thorough in everything she did and explained everything top notch. I feel bad that I didn’t get their names but a million percent highly recommend and my piercings are stunning I’m so beyond happy with them

Visited the store in February to look at wedding rings with my fiancé, looked at a couple and said we will be back. They said they had a sale on and would help on the price, I explained I’m losing weight for my big day no not sure if it will fit at the time of the wedding got told they would include a free ring sizing. Wedding day arrives far too big I take it back to store got told it’s titanium and they don’t offer re sizing on this type of ring. Was furious! Found out the woman that sold me the ring no longer works there, wonder why? Long and short of it I was miss sold and wasn’t happy but Ambreen who was in store was very apologetic and managed to make an executive decision and offered me a straight swap for a lower size ( something they said no to on the phone ) this calmed me down massively as was furious. I think if you have a employee of the month award she deserves it as I felt lied to and miss sold but credit where it’s due. 1 star for the company but 5 star for Ambreen

My husband bought my wedding ring from them, and after only 9 months the ring is unfit for purpose and they are refusing to repair or or replace this due to it being a manufacturing defect. I am now going to trading standards over this as even the ring on the website is rates 1 out of 5 stars as everyone else who's bought the same ring has had the same issue.
We also took out the "premier care" plan = big scam. We went back to the shop and they sent it off to repair.. came back a week saying it couldn't be done and there was nothing also they could do. They also did not give me back my diamonds which had fallen out and I put in with the ring for repair, so they've stolen those off me. The skipton store is absolutely useless and all the manager said was "we can't repair/replace it for you so find a separate jeweler to repair it"...
Disgusting company and I will NEVER buy anything again from this company. They just don't care, take money from you for a piece of jewelry which isn't fit for purpose. Do not believe the 5 star reviews which have been written by "people" who've only written 1 review as they've paid them to write these to make them look better.

I’m delighted with my Radley Watch I bought on impulse …. I just had to have it. I was on holiday in Skipton window shopping with my sister.
Was on holiday needed replace earrings it was a lovley experience from going in to leaving. Also a bonus they were in the sale didn't no till I went to pay. Lovley shop n staff Skipton
Entered the shop to purchase a pair of earrings. Was met my very pleasant staff who advised us exactly what to do. I made my purchase and was completely satisfied with the service I received.
I was looking for earrings for my granddaughter and the assistant was very helpful and quickly found what I was looking for. My granddaughter was delighted with her present.
The store has a helpful staff who are friendly and always make you feel welcome.
Staff are very keen to help and advise you on your purchase.
The staff are all happy to help me every time I go into the shop or order anything on line .
