Cancelled order
The staff in the Skipton store where I purchased the ring were very helpful. The ring had to be ordered and so as we were visiting only and lived away, they arranged to have it delivered to me at home. I arranged to stay in on the specified delivery day, but mid-afternoon I received a phone call to say that they didn’t have a ring and the order was cancelled. I don’t understand why I couldn’t be informed prior to delivery day. If they didn’t have one to deliver why wait until delivery day to inform me. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. It also took them a while to issue a refund to me and I had to ring and chase that as well.

Smart watch purchase
The staff member (your watch specialist) is a credit to the team of H samuels Skipton.
I was looking for a watch as a birthday gift - unsure what I wanted. The staff member suggested and went through options till she found the one suitable to my needs.
On top of that the staff member managed to source the watch from another branch in time for my partner’s birthday.
