I would like to praise Kim in your Swansea branch.She was so helpful this morning when I went to buy earrings for my sister.She was so helpful and kind.She is a great asset to your store

customer service here is second to none, I took my 9 year old daughter in today to have her ears pierced as a birthday surprise (she has been desperate to get them done) not a single member of staff batted an eyelid when she realised why we were there and screamed and cried with sheer excitement although she did make myself and a member of staff cry because the whole experience and her reaction was magical. lynsey pierced them for her and was absolutely fantastic and helped her pick her earings and made sure that both ears were going to be symmetrical. i can't recommend this place enough for getting your children's ears pierced and will be taking my soon to be 13 year old here in may to get hers done. thankyou so much lynsey for making her birthday extra special <3

The store was bright and clean, easy to move a round. The staff are so helpful while being pleasant but not pushy.

Went to H Samuels in quadrant (store 4343) in Swansea to deal with a watch that I had purchased recently,The two staff members that were on duty, Sue and Becky, were extremely helpful and professional,and dealt with the problem very understanding and courteously,and I am very grateful for their help,I have used this store many times and will do so in the future,I recommend this store.

Bought a 9ct gold diamond necklace for my mother’s 60th birthday September 2018 -£248 with 3 year warranty. Had nothing but trouble since. The chain first broke not even 6 months after purchasing (February 2019) and was barely worn as the chain was so fine and my mum was nervous to wear it. She sent it off for repair and it was soldered. The necklace was kept in the box it was purchased in until 2 years later (July 2021) when my mother gave it to me to wear when we were going out for lunch. This was the first time it was worn since its repair, and the clasp snapped in my fingers whilst undoing it and the spring was exposed. On 22nd July we took it back to the shop to explain we were not happy with the product and it is not fit for purpose since it is breaking with very minimal wear, the sales assistant continued to explain to me that she ‘was not paid enough’ to make a decision for a refund so I would need to go onto live chat to discuss with customer services then get back to her on their decision. Customer services proceeded to tell me that this was not the correct procedure to deal with my issue and it was not acceptable for the Swansea team to advise me this. The chain was taken back to the shop in Swansea where it was recommended for the chain to be sent off to be analysed to identify any manufacture fault. The details were taken for the history of the necklace at the store and with the customer service team. Two weeks later, on 4th August, I was called by the sales assistant in Swansea explaining the report had come back and explains the mechanism of damage was by pulling and there is no evidence of porosity (manufacture fault). I explained that this report was not accurate as the chain was never pulled and clasp crumpled in my fingertips trying to take it off and I was not happy with the offer of repair since the product will never be used again. The staff said I needed to contact customer services (again) since I was not happy with their offer. I contacted customer services where I explained the full story and wanted to explore a full refund. They took all the details on 4th August and explained the district manager will be in touch with me (no timescale provided). I left it 1 week and contacted Swansea store again (11th August) to query if the district manager had received any information about my complaint, where they said the manager was on holiday and will put an email through to contact me back on Monday. I did not hear anything back and proceeded to call the store again on 18th August to explain no one had contacted me back. The district manager contacted me back on 19th August where I explained I contacted his customer service team who said they would email him all the details they collected with regards to my complaint about their product (which he continued to say he had never received any email). He then proceeded to tell me he will gather the details further and call me back. He called me back on 23rd August to explain that the report says there are no signs of porosity and the chain can be repaired so will offer me a repair or ‘as a good will gesture’ offer me a new chain for free. I continued to explain since the product is not fit for purpose and has broken twice with minimal wear and my mum is too scared to wear the product we do not want the product and would like a full refund. The manager explained he was not aware of the previous repair that had been completed on the product (even though he took 2 days to ‘gather information’) and explained he would phone me back once he had reviewed the report on the previous repair (essentially what felt like just buying and wasting time). He rings me back today (27th August) to explain that he has reviewed the other report and there were no signs of porosity on the necklace and can offer me a repair or a new product for the same price. I explained I was not happy with both the customer service and product that I have received where it clearly does not fit high quality standard or purpose if a solid gold chain is breaking with extremely minimal wear (1st time in less than 6 months, then 2nd time on its first wear after being fixed and kept in a box for 2 years). Let alone being treated and miscommunicated very poorly by their staff and customer service team. He also proceeded to tell me he was from the midlands and has a long journey home (implying to hurry up since it’s the end of his working shift) which was extremely unprofessional since I was explaining how upsetting this whole process has been. Long story short - do not purchase from this company, you will get poor quality products which break all the time and incompetent staff to manage your queries. I’m still awaiting my full refund.

Excellent service, no pressure from sales assistant, plenty of time to consider and choose before purchasing the preferred item.

I was met by Kim who was truly so helpful and kind. Very chatty and bubbly! She’s an absolute credit to this store. She helped me find my engagement ring. Yes, I chose my own but I’ve been engaged for 6 years. However, this didn’t taken away from the excitement and service I received from Kim and other members of staff. I chose the Disney Collection, Villians “Evil Queen” which is so so unique.
