We visited the Uxbridge store a couple of times on our search for an engagement ring, each time we were served by Rissa! On our 2nd visit we had found the natural diamond ring we wanted, Rissa was very helpful and patient with us, sharing her knowledge and showing understanding in what was a time consuming process, as we wanted to be fully satisfied with such an expensive purchase. Rissa and the team made our visits a welcoming experience without any pressure to buy, and we would happily be served by Rissa again!

Having purchased a peice of jewellery today for a birthday present Paris who I dealt with went above & beyond with the outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble in my moment of being indecisive & with her knowledge & professionalism my mind was quickly made up. Paris you're amazing & thank you again

My son received a watch for his birthday which was loose fitting, we took it to HM Samuel and Neelam was fantastic within a few mins she adjusted it for him. Now a perfect fit. A huge thank you Neelam. Greatly appreciated.

My mums partner bought her a gold bracelet from here on my recommendation because i had heard of them and thought they were supposed to be great. The first time she wore it, it fell apart in two, it wasn't pulled or anything, it just fell apart. When we looked at it, we saw that a hook wasn't properly tightened so we thought no worries, we will take it to the shop since it was bought that way and had manufacturing warranty. Not only did they ask for an additional 50 something charge to fix it, they point blank refused that it was their defect and we somehow pulled on it to break it. The shop asked us to contact the head office and we sent pictures and everything and they called us and said that it was our fault that it was broken and we had to pay for it.
The quality of service and jewelry was awful, it was sold like that and no body even listened to my mum. Even if we had pulled on it to come apart, isn't it horrible quality if gold came apart that easily? Just didn't expect this from this company. I had plans to purchase my wedding jewelry here but definitely not doing that after this experience and not recommending to anyone else!

I bought a gshock for £109 at H Samuel in Uxbridge.The service was ok but lacking any enthusiasm at all but what can I expect when I am buying a cheap watch.

Went in to H Samuel to browse with the hope of purchasing. Assistant couldn’t have been more helpful and ended up buying 3 items 2 of which were “what the heck why not” additions 😁. Love my purchases and a big thank you to the assistant at H Samuel in Tui/Uxbridge.

The lady in store was quick and super efficient and really friendly. Lovely experience thank you

Even helped get my girlfriend on another occasion to check her ring size so that I could ensure I surprise her with the correct size ring.. she has no idea..

When ever an occasion occurs where I'm in desperate need of buying a present I have been getting served by Jennete who works for H Samuel. (Apologies if I spelt her name wrong) she has always been very helpful in finding the right gift for me no matter the occasion. She builds good rapport and has always been empathetic towards my needs. I believe she is a very big asset to the company and is obviously a very experienced individual who delivers excellent customer service. I just wanted to give good feedback on the customer journey she had provided. Her representation of the company overall is brilliant.

Very helpful staff, when I purchased a birthday present for my Mum

I wanted a simple new watch strap fitted ,after waiting 20 minutes the lady said these things are a bit fiddly,so after waiting another 5 minutes I left the watch with them as I had an appointment with my elderly father who is 90 and was standing all this time with me.When I returned the strap had been fitted but I noticed the buckle was gold coloured and did not match the watch which was silver,I pointed this out and the lady put the old buckle on ,the watch strap cost £18 which was quite pricey considering my original buckle was used,I wasn't happy with the service given and I would not not return for another watch strap.
