Had fantastic customer service from Maya, she helped me sort out getting an engraving on my necklace, The engraving was perfect!
I am so happy with it!

Lovely lady cleaned my necklace for me, free of charge, was extremely helpful and their customer service is excellent!

James at the Witney store was extremely helpful

Janet helped me choose a bracelet for a Xmas present within my budget. I was told about the offers in store . I then bought a necklace which was on offer . The insurances were explained in detail. Janet was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back into store rather than ordering on line . Janet is a credit to the business

My elderly Mother wanted a new watch and she wanted a quality watch , she saw a lovely Citizen watch, The assistant showed my mum and she loved it, He took out a couple of links and my mother wore it straight away. The service we got from the Witney store was fantastic, they were not pushy and had all the time in the world for my mother, so thank you so much for helping my Mother .

Had to write this. Had a problem with a watch (my fault) that I bought there a couple of years ago. The staff went well past what normally constitutes good customer service to sort the issue out for me. Really could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend them all. Janet was a legend in this by the way !! Great shop and staff.

Belinda went out of her way to be so helpful- getting a watch into the store for me the day after I called, calling when it was in and then being most helpful when I went in to collect it. A very good service locally and so good to see the watch before purchasing rather than just getting it online. Thank you.

Manager James was very helpful. Very welcoming and friendly. Helped give excellent advice and was extremely knowledgeable. We will be returning soon to get rings resized and James even helped with adjusting a watch strap for my husband watch that has been in a drawer for over a year which made his day. A credit to your company. Lovely to have some great retail service these days.

The ring I bought for my daughter birthday is a very poor quality, yellow gold disappears and turns into dust, remains on the finger. I returned and now wait to be repair. Really? I believe that this whole this long time and process of "verifying" the ring is a sham and a lack of respect for a customer who has spent 2000 pounds in your store in the last year. It is inadmissible to tell me that it is checked the reason of the disintegration and disappearance of gold ,insinuating that I was my fault. If it was Real gold, it is NOT cleaned or turned into powder, this can not be repair ! Gold quality and manufacturing seems very poor!

The staff,location,speed at the issue I had being resolved.. just a pleasant experience all round. I had an issue with my engagement ring.The wait for it to be fixed was long I didn't want to be without my ring. The staff helped me I ended up with a replacement and I couldn't be happier from start to finish and my ring is perfect. Thank you

Very easy to use online, ordered my product and within 3days collected my order great service

I purchased my watch from H Samuel, however could not locate receipt, so had to pay for links to be removed.

The manager spoke to one of her staff members in a poor way for making a mistake, and did this in front of customers. This should be done in private I feel. Made everyone feel a bit awkward.

I can’t remember her name but the lady that helped me pick a watch for my boyfriend was so helpful and honest. She stayed with me the whole time and I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you

Shop was understaffed and one member of staff was trying to train a new member. Some people were told to wait outside as they were only allowed 3 customers in the shop at a time.On my first visit the manager was on the phone for a good 10 mins. while I was left waiting to be served.Otherwise I was satisfied with the result of my visit.
