Machine was pretty battered and had dents in several including on fuel tank. Not same machine set-up as per instruction video so took a while to get it started. Starter cord locked out so couldn’t use the machine to finish the job.

Unclear and very confusing instructions for the starter switch which wasted 3 hours trying to get the machine started . The On switch is opposite to what is indicated

My builder recommended the equipment and was very pleased with the outcome. Saved time uprooting the small but strong trees.

Once sorted out the engine modes and how to run the engine it all went very smoothly. Did the job I wanted just how needed doing the whole back garden in a couple of hours easily. It is heavy to move and once going has a bit of a life of it's own going forwards but did what it said on the tin.

Equipment in good condition upon receipt clean etc good enough for the job. Luckily it had gas in the tank, otherwise to go get gas in a can etc is another difficulty, best to point this out to customers b4 pick up
