HSS, Isle of Wight No oil in the air filter when collected, kept back-firing when put under load, and refused to start after 30mins. Seems like poor maintenance. Local manager disinterested and unrespondent to after sales service. HSS HQ corrected the situation quickly, so THANK YOU HQ!

It didn’t work as throttle wouldn’t stay open - project took twice as long as it should after item wasn’t available when required and HSS postponed collection losing a whole day’s work. Branch team in Crawley were great. Product was shoddy and not fit for purpose.
