A really good product, only downside is the amount of water that can collect under and around it as it's reaching temperature.We may have been doing something wrong, but if you ensure you have lots of plastic sheeting down, you should be ok.

I was lucky enough to be the first user of this item (box fresh!). Worked well but worth spending time preparing your work area as it gets messy. With tough patches I soaked the paper using a sponge and water and then came back to it with the steamer after half an hour.

This stripper worked for half a day and then just stopped! I followed all of the instructions to get it running again and it didn’t work! Waste of time and money!
