This is an idiot proof bit of kit and a million times quicker to get a job done than some of the cheap strippers that you can buy for £50-60 (don't be tempted to waste your money on on of them). I can strip a large room with one of these in less than 3 hours without leaving a trace of paper. With a full tank, you get around 90 minutes before it automatically switches off to cool down. This allows you to refill the tank and start again 5-10 minutes later. I find the best thing to do is to keep all of the doors and windows closed so the room fills with steam, as this helps to shift the paper more effectively. If you have one room to strip, you'll only need to hire the stripper for a day.

Top quality product! To buy similar would have been a lot more expensive

Easy to set up and use but does drip condensed steam from time to time. Didn’t buy a paper perforator but for large jobs I think this would be a good addition.

Was given a broken device and unable to return it till the next day, no refund for a loss of a day's work. An off the shelf ordinary wallpaper steamer would have done the job, this does the same same thing but with a bigger water capacity.

Powerful steamer that does the job. You’ll need the circuit breaker plug so as not to trip the fuse box.

Did the job beautifully. Leaked quite a bit, sputtered hot water whenever it had finished boiling and the hot hose was a safety hazard, so requires caution to use. But was effective
