Huawei Matepad Papermatte

Purchased a Matepad Papermatte. The product was advertised to include Charger , Pen and Keypad. Product arrived with no Keypad. Contacted Huawei who confirmed the product included keypad. Contacted Huawei by E Mail explaining no Keypad. Heard Nothing.
Looks like great products but no after sales service.

From Excellent to just terrible

3 years ago I would give Huawei Customer Support 5 stars. Now barely one as no telephone support and the email support and options are simply totally give the opinion, "can't be bothered". Totally inadequate now from being outstanding in the past. Shame I liked my Huawei wearable and now never again.

Huawei is a fraudulent company that does not respect customers and does not have anyone with experience in solving problems.
Therefore, this company has lost the trust of customers.
There is a big difference between Huawei and Samsung.

None existent customer service.

None existent customer service.
I'm trying to return GT4 watch. I have completed form on the Huawei website several times trying to get the return label. No one is coming back to me. Very frustrating. Getting in touch with Ombudsman now.

Disgusting service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. I requested a return for an item, but they have not responded to any of my emails, nor have they provided a return label. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Non existent customer service

As a owner of a GT2 watch and P20 phone I decided to purchase the GT4 watch too.

The watch seems to be made of inferior glass as it has scratched already and not covered under warranty after a single month of wear.

Huawei customer service is non existent. Impossible to speak with a human and only contact is through a clunky Web form that you need to describe the problem each time.

Last time I buy from Huawei.

Avoid entirely

Poor from the start. Order received was not what was advertised, customer service non existent making impossible to return the wrong order sent. Stuck with it now.

Nonexistent Customer Service

Received my item however was disappointed with its performance so requested to return as per the website via the customer service email. Although an agent responded to my initial email, they have ignored my other emails and as a result I have been unable to arrange for the return which is valid within 14 days of ordering as per the website. Hoping this review prompts them to respond!

I had the p20 pro then the p30 pro and…

I had the p20 pro then the p30 pro and p40 pro phones, infact I still have them and they work great, now I've gone over to samsung as google services aren't in the p40 pro (even though I detest google) theres so many apps that won't work without them.
Also I've the huawei gt2 watch which is still running great with fantastic battery life. I've just ordered the GT 3 pro watch so hopefully if it gives as good a service as the rest of huawei' products I will be well happy.

Would give zero

One star, as cannot give zero. Bought P60 phone and is bad, despite no google services, which I knew about. Bad camera (shame it was so good on P20, P30). Apps keep freezing, cannot do online banking, cannot pay with it. They customer support ignores you. Wasted money, will not buy again

Huawei cable diggers do not care

The company in South Africa are digging to install cable. They also use the name Openserve. Two weeks ago they dug hole and did not restore pavement to state it was before. Complaints made but no personal contact only email and no contact numbers. Might seem trivial but principle is that even if you use contractors they respect residents. Well if perhaps anything changes I would be surprised.

Smartwatch gt runner / Strava

Compré el smartwatch gt runner, ponía que era compatible y que sincronizaba con Strava, y va como el culo. Sincroniza uno de cada 3 ejercicios. Es una lástima, porque el reloj funciona muy bien, le dura la batería y es muy resistente, pero si es importante como para mi que sincronice tus ejercicios con Strava, no lo recomiendo para nada. Y escribí a su soporte técnico, y pasaron de mi completamente. Servicio pésimo.

Very happy with the Huawei EG8145V5 GPON

After one year using a Huawei EG8145V5 GPON I'm very happy with this product. What I dislike is the very tricky customer support and the very complicated configuration, just a spaghetti style firmware configuration.

I purchased HUAWEI MATEBOOK D15 and wala pang two years sira agad. Nauna yung ssd then after a week yung lcd naman😭 ang layo ng service center nila 10 to 11 hrs biyahe and sadly out of delivery and pick up ang location ko. So if you are planning to buy this and sa province kayo ask niyo muna saan service center nila kasi dito wala silang technician like how come? Nagbenta pa kayo wala naman pala. The nearest is 4 to 5 hrs away

Many problems with Huawei mobile

I emailed Huawei over a week ago about my mobile phone and no response. The phone they give out for customer service does not work.
I have been trying to Connect my Ring doorbell but can't. I can't get emails on my phone and have lost 100's of pictures and the phone has cut out mid conversation more than a dozen times. This is most annoying when speaking to a company that has taken over thirty minutes to get through to and the phone cuts out and I have to go through the whole time wasting process again. I'm most unhappy. Never had these problems with other manufacturers phones.

SCAMMERS THIEVES

You deserves 0 stars. The laptop ordered on Friday 15th March was handed to DPD to deliver it today. Until 10:45 am the tracking stated that will be delivered TODAY, but guess what? Tracking changed at that time saying that the parcel it's on the way back to the store. I will fight to have my money back you THIEVES and SCAMMERS collaborating with DPD to make sure you get our money, but never receiving the products
