Superb service and product!!!
I ordered a 6x1m net in white, which arrived a few days later. However, black had been sent. I rang the company and the assistant checked my order, yes, I had ordered white. He apologised, said he would dispatch a white net as soon as possible and that I should keep the black net. 24 hours later I received the white net. The service was outstanding and the quality of the product is excellent!! Superb service!!!

Still good qualty, and excellent service
Having bought a fruit cage over ten years ago, wanted another. Company were very helpful in advising on configurarion etc. Ordered and took delivery, but did not unpack for about 2 months - weather etc.
When I started to put it up, found there had been a configuration change, which I felt weakened the structure. Raised my concerns, and they agreed, and promptly supplied, at no charge, the additional poles to correct the matter.
I have found the quality of the product to be first class, and the staff always helpful and obliging.

Expensive for just 6 months of use
It looks good and easy to install but it doesn't last very long. Trying to get hold of someone is near impossible, not even an apology or help to fix the broken netting, just keeps blaming it on human error when it clearlyisn't. My birds are not secure and it very worrying! Spent hundreds of pounds for 6 months use, absolutely not happy. I do not recommend this company.
*edit*29/01/2025. I asked for extra netting to patch up the broken parts and I received nothing in the post or an email to confirm anything was being sent to me. That has made me very unhappy, you have done absolutely nothing to help me with the issues I have been having except for blaming me and I've had to chase you up several times for a reply. I'm sorry but you just haven't been as helpful as you think. I never said I had trouble installing it, it just hasn't lasted longer than a few months and because of that my birds of prey haven't been as secure as your netting said they would be.

heavy duty golf net
I have tried 2 or 3 'heavy duty' golf nets from Amazon, after a week or two the spin from the balls breaks most nets. The one from huck nets is still going strong months later.
