I sent an enquiry to Huck Nets asking for advice and recommendations on netting choices for specific uses - I received a reply almost immediately with suggestions and subsequently placed an order, which, was delivered and is excellent, just what I needed. The range of products available from Huck Nets is very extensive, together with the option for products to be cut to size makes them a great company to purchase from.
The two netting choices were supplied, as ordered, in a few days and both are very strong and top quality, the delivery time for custom sized items is excellent in my opinion. Easy to order on website

We wanted to order a replacement net for our original Huck net which had lasted 12 years outside having never been taken down for winter. We ordered a replacement net with guidance from the team there about size and quality.

When the net arrived confusingly it had the wrong fixings and I called to advise the company. I was told that they had sent out a continental style net in error but they were very apologetic and the right net arrived two days later.

Everyone can make a mistake; it's how you deal with correcting them which matters.

For a bespoke product this is a great service. The nets we needed were made to measure and despatched inside the 10 day time frame we were given. Great product, great service!

Ordered some new nets & securing for our 1st team nets. Octagonal design, fitted a treat. Nets are well made & exactly to size!

Rubbish customer service rang 3 times to enquire about the drop in cricket net but was told the person who can help is busy is on the phone and told me to ring again so I did ring again and was told the same person just pop out so rang again and the same thing just kept going round in circles really bad customer service 👎

Useless company and awful customer service.

I ordered netting to cat proof my garden on 11th March. Netting did not turn up. Rang them on the 15th and was told it would arrive on the 18th. Nothing turned up on the day. Rang them again and the lady told me she would speak to ‘productions’ and that she would call me back.

She didn’t bother ringing me back. Rang the next day, different lady kept me on hold while she spoke to ‘productions’ and then told me the netting would arrive on the 23rd!

This is ridiculous. I took time off work to cat proof my garden and most of that time was wasted waiting for the stupid net to arrive and after NINE WHOLE DAYS it still hadn’t even been dispatched yet!

I sent a complaint and received a very generic email back, that didn’t even bother to acknowledge the points I raised nor did it explain why I was told the netting would arrive on the 15th when it hadn’t even been sent out yet.

I have since ordered netting from wirefence.co.uk and it arrived in TWO WORKING DAYS.

Bought a 6m net for hitting golf balls into...net description “ Commonly used as lightweight golf ball stop netting“
Two weeks later, a ball flies through the net (thankfully no one hurt) .. sent the picture to Huck Nets.....who now state.....” it is a driving range net which is designed to be down the sides of the the range or at the end”.
Hmmmmm....not quite as the website description then!!
The polite phrase is “disappointed”. That £140 could have been used better!

No need to go anywhere else.Fantastic service with great products.

Swift delivery, product as described and a no-nonsense ordering process. Recommended.
