Horrific products! Temu quality and nothing like the photos on the website. Don’t buy!
Scam shopping website. Everyone should stop buying from this site. The product looks nothing like the advertisement, and the quality is terrible — it’s completely unwearable.
I contacted their customer service asking for a return, and they offered me a 10% refund while letting me keep the item. I refused because I can’t even wear it and wanted a full refund instead. After that, they replied in a mocking tone and sent me a return address in China, saying I had to ship the item back there before getting my refund.
Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had
Hi!
Two days ago, I saw an ad on Facebook. The website seemed very professional Hudson@Co Vancouver
(hudsoncovancouver.com) product seemed very high-quality, and I decided to order some summer shoes. They withdrew my money very quickly, but didn't provide an order number or any other information. I started messaging their website, asking about the order. They replied that they were very busy, but when I demanded to cancel my order and give a refund, they told me they had already dispatched my order. I realized it was spam, and now I don't know how to get my money back.
The order came three weeks after. It was badly packaged, no tags, no brands, nothing but two plastic sticks in a pair of shoes. The quality has nothing to do with what they have described. I sent letter, attached with the photos of shoes, to both website administrator and so called the founder Liam Hudson, describing the quality was so poor and the sizes are too small to wear.
They hadn’t reply for 6 days. One email bounced back two times. So I went to write on their Facebook page, and page admin immediately communicated with me, she gave me email address which was nothing to do with Hudson and Co. That Email doesn’t reply me either. The story of Hudson and Co changed from founder Liam to Liam and his sister whereas in FB a picture of two sister. In a few days, they took out the FB link from the webpage. They also took out a picture of the beautiful model replacing with AI generated brother and sister.
The bottom line I called the credit card company and explained the situation. When they realized the credit was recharged back they will rembourse me 20% of price if I don’t return. If I return, there must be tags which I don’t see any tags. And these shoes do not fit me, nor anyone wants to wear them. I have to throw them out.
Guys, don't buy from this company. It's a scam. After waiting for months for the shoes, untrue to size and description. The quality is extremely poor and they don't refund the money and do not facilitate the return. Basically, I lost my money.
Very disappointing experience with this company. The shoes I received looked completely different from the polished, elegant product photos advertised online. The actual shoes were flimsy, poor quality, lacked structure, and the heel and buckle design did not match what was shown on the website.
I waited over a month for delivery, only to receive a product that felt cheap and uncomfortable to wear. When I contacted customer service requesting a refund, I was initially offered only a partial refund and informed I would need to pay expensive international shipping fees back to China to return them.
As a consumer, I find it very misleading to advertise a high-end looking product and deliver something of significantly lower quality. Buyers should be aware that what you receive may not accurately reflect the website photos, and the return process is difficult and costly.
Unfortunately, I would not purchase from this company again.
NEVER BUY FROM HUDSON&CO VANCOUVER! It's a scam, very poor shoes quality and bad smell! No customer service, no response and long delivery leadtime!
HI- i wish I could share some emails here.
They says all that glitters is not gold. I think I fell for the pictures and glossy website.
Hudson &Co Vancouver is a SCAM, i got the shoes they are poor quality. I wanted to get two but thankfully i did not.
They were such poor quality-as if mass produced- I wrote to them that they did not match the pictures and they did not fit me.
They wrote back saying they did not find any fault in their product. LOL
What I happy about it that they did not ask for return- i feel if i would have returned i would lost the product and refund too. I am planning to sell it on FB marketplace for cheaper price; maybe someone who fits that size may benefit from it.
Everything about this company is a big lie, all information provided in the website is false, they say 3-7 business days delivery, I received the order after a month, the shoes color is different from the color in the website, very poor quality, the size is way off and small, very uncomfortable, they refused to refund me although it’s mentioned clearly in the website that we can return the order in case of dissatisfaction.
Awful shoes, quality is poor, showed pictures with defectives issues, part unglued inside sole on both shoes, heels outside forms are deformed on both shoes and they do not want to refund , the 30 days satisfaction is not honoured. Even with the proof.
Please be aware! This is a scam website based out of the Netherlands; but pretending to be a Canadian company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they came direct from China and were of the lowest quality you can find! They refused to accept the return and provide a refund (of course). This was an expensive lesson! Even though I thought I did enough research before buying. This was a suggested vendor on the Shop app so beware what you see on the app!
This is a scam. Like the other person I ordered shoes because they look so elegant and the description says premium leather , orthopedic support . It’s a good thing I only ordered 2 items . I am upset because they came so very late plus really disappointed with the packaging but I thought they are just trying to be mindful of the environment . Then I opened and saw my Temu like order . It’s not leather . No support . And I requested to get my money back. Let’s see.
This is a scam clothing company.
I saw their website and everything looked good and high quality and since they were Canadian based (as they claimed), I shopped over $500CAD for some spring clothes and somehow between the initial 2 unbranded "temu-like" items that came in the mail today and the clothes pictured in the site.... seems like a lot of things if not "more than everything" was lost in translation. And I wish there was a way to reject the other items before seeing them and now checking on thier website, their return policy is also a a bummer. I had checked here for reviews and did not see any prior to buying, but I just dont want anyone experiencing my pain so decided to take out time and give this review of my experience. I wish I could leave pictures here. My heart is broken.. . How could anyone do this? Put such huge margins on low quality clothes and sell on a website with totally different pictures?
