Very disappointed

Really excited to see my children's faces when they recieve there teddies on xmas morning. Both items have holes where the stitching has came away. Very disappointing due to the price I expected so much more than teddies which were falling apart.

Please listen to the bad reviews DO NOT waste your money, this company is a scam the items are awful basic and have terrible "breathing sounds" they are not suitable for children with wires hanging out, try to get a refund? Good luck they take days to reply to one email and have no correct refund procedure. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Avoid at all costs

Meet louise your trusty customer service representative.. louise I think runs the company herself..

Anyway that's the email I got after I refused to take their 20% then 30% refund for w bears I got that don't work and are faulty..

Thank you for your reply. Again, we are so sorry for any disappointment we have caused and getting this resolved is truly our priority.

With that being said, I have expedited this email chain with our Chief Operations Officer, to firstly find out why this has happened and try to find a resolution.

As a gesture of good will and in order to try make this right, they have approved offering you a 50% refund on the cost of your initial order in return for you to keep the goods.

Typically, you have to pay to return the parcel, but with this solution you don't have to pay to return it by recorded delivery, which makes it easier for you.

You can keep the order or give it to someone as a gift, or if you are really unhappy give it to a Charity shop.

Please let me know if you would be happy to take this offer and I will get this processed for you right away.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

Awful!!

Awful company, do not buy from them! I placed an order for my daughter’s Christmas present and it never arrived. They kept fobbing me off with excuses and then when I asked for a refund they offered 20% discount! Total scam and awful company - please beware

Hideous product

Don’t fall for the marketing of this ‘amazing product’. It’s hideous…! The noise from the motor and the super loud, scary, whistling snore sound are not soothing at all. There is no volume control so you can’t turn the sound down. The teddy is okay but poor quality sewing. The body is hard as rock. I wish I had read all the reviews before I bought it. Don’t waste your money - this is not as advertised.

Poor product

Poor product. The music only lasts a few minutes so now all that happens is my son constantly comes out of bed asking for it to be put back in. The breathing sounds awful. Wish I could turn back time and read reviews!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!service from this company…

The customer service from this company is appalling!!!
I suggest before thinking of purchasing any items from them you read the negative reviews from customers.
I bought one for my baby grandson, for Xmas. It DOES NOT WORK !
I emailed to advise of the defective product,was told I needed to make a video of the broken item which I duly did.
I requested a full refund . Only to be told they would give me 20% of the cost.
I declined obviously, today they told me I could have 30% of the cost !!!!!!!!
& keep the broken, useless item.
No use whatsoever!
Absolutely disgusting!!
I will be reporting to the trading standards in the hope that they are not able to con other potential buyers!!!!

Cheap and nasty

A really cheap, flimsy product. The ‘breathing’ noise is terrifying and the constant whirring in the background is awful. There is no way this helps anxiety, it induces it.

Wrong product, cannot contact retailer

I do not like to leave negative reviews but after being sent the wrong product from this company and failing to get a response to email or telephone calls I felt I should. I made my purchase around a month ago.
The product in itself seems good, a body pillow nice and firm. I received the wrong pillowcase colour and was asked to send evidence, which I did by means of a photo. They said I would need to return for an exchange or refund, after confirming I had to also send the huge pillow, I asked for a return label for a full refund and have heard nothing since despite my efforts.
