Amazing company would definitely recommend! The bed was stunning, it arrived well within the 8-12 week timescale and the communication was great throughout the process. Overall great service!

Hugo & Sons are a really professional company who went over and beyond to ensure my blanket box was delivered to me without damage. I was really impressed from start to finish, the quality of the box is amazing and it fits perfectly snug! I use the box to store shoes although it’s a blanket box which is a homage to their strength and durability!

The bed is absolutely fantastic. I cannot rate them enough.
The detail of the bed is brilliant and the delivery date was met a week prior to what we expected.

From ordering to receiving the service has been excellent. Oh my goodness sleigh bed and ottoman boxes were way more better than I had expected . The quality is top class. The service was 1st class. Absolute top service from these guys.
Didn’t even ask for deposit, just paid cash on delivery.
Our sleigh bed arrived within estimated timeframe, and was given clear notification. Courier was great, and we put bed together in just over an hour.
Unfortunately the hydraulic pistons did not work. I emailed customer services on Tuesday evening, and they replied straight away with some advice. When they still did not work I emailed back, and the next morning had a response.
On Thursday morning the new pistons arrived! How good is that? The bed is fantastic.
This is what I call excellent customer service. Thanks very much. 👍

Hilton Gas Lift Bed

I placed order for grey velvet Hilton bed the team was very responsive when we went into lockdown last March when the order was placed in April, customer service kept me updated in regards to the delivery, delivery was very good except missing the pistons, emailed customer service and were sent next day delivery was very impressed with level of service from start to finish.

In regards to the bed itself, it is very good quality and handcrafted to the last detail. Everyone who has seen the bed from family and friends have been left in awe at the workmanship and sturdiness and not to mention the ottoman frame makes this ideal. Overall cannot fault the company and its beds, I would say this is an exceptional service and quality design. I would like to purchase another bed frame in double for my daughters bedroom but feel the length would take up the majority of the room which is a shame as it's a stunning bed.

Our new bed arrived today and it’s absolutely beautiful! Such an easy process, friendly emails and it was delivered in around 4 weeks. Would definitely use again!

Ordered a bed for our daughter back in November, easy check out with option to pay cash on delivery for a small saving. Didn’t hear anything which the website says will happen but had the order confirmed with an order number. About 10 weeks later received notification delivery would be a couple of days later, the delivery Co confirmed and the bed arrived on time! The bed was so easy to put together we couldn’t believe it, really well made and so comfy, my daughter is over the moon and I will be buying from them again when we upgrade our bedroom. Fantastic service and quality. Highly recommend.

We received our order today ‘Hilton gas lift king in silver velvet’ and are thrilled with the bed. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the finish so much better than cheaper alternatives or similar looking beds online that other family members have bought. The fabric is flawless and the bed frame made extremely well. The delivery was as promised about 8 weeks and I had numerous communication confirming dates and time slots for delivery which were met.
We love the bed and are so pleased we paid a little more with you for the finish we got.

Ordered the Hilton bed and mattress delivered when they said they would only a slight hiccup no slats were delivered, so had to hold off for a few days putting my bed up. But once they arrived we put it up easily very easy to assemble and may a say absolutely stunning bed and excellent quality both bed and mattress. Despite little hiccup I still give 5 Stars and highly recommend

Ordered the chesterfield sleigh ottoman absolutely love it & very good quality would of got 5 stars but that’s only because of the instructions. I would recommend having a tutorial of it on line especially at the moment to help people. But the price & quality of the bed is exceptional & glad to support a small family run business👍👍

Ordered a Hilton ottoman gas lift bed in steel velvet. Opted to pay cash on delivery. Time quoted on email confirmation of order was 10 weeks. Bed came in 6 weeks 😀
It looks exactly like the colour on the website. The velvet is beautiful and looks expensive. The delivery man was very pleasant and careful.
It took my husband and daughter about 20 mins to put together. They initially fit the headboard to the wrong end.
Found gas lift easy to fit.
The bolts and brackets are all very solid.
Very happy with the quality and price.
After the initial email the next one we got was from the transport company to arrange delivery. Found the whole process very smooth and efficient.

Ordered a pink velvet headboard from Hugo & Sons. I am so impressed with the quality of the fabric. It has transformed my baby girls room, and looks fantastic. We receive compliments on it all the time.

Ordered my beautiful bed from Hugo & sons. Was worried about ordering online but so glad I did. You order the bed then you get a email with delivery when it’s ready so don’t panic. The bed is amazing gorgeous colour and beautifully made. Would highly recommend.

We searched online for weeks Ans came across Hugo and Sons. The bed is fantastic . Well made and stylish, with plenty of room to store underneath.

The bonus was that it came on time ( actually before)

After visiting all the main bed retailers and seeing the ridiculous prices we decided to look online. After considerable research we decided on Hugo and Sons. We went for the Sleigh with ottoman storage and it said we would have to wait 7-10 weeks but it came in 5 weeks so fantastic. The price was about half that of main retailers and you get an extra discount if you pay cash to delivery driver which we did. Overall the quality of the bed is very good and looks lovely. The storage under the bed is straight onto the carpet which is not quite as good as some of the others we saw so you will probably want to buy some storage boxes to keep items directly off the floor. Overall a very nice bed and I would definitely recommend Hugo and Sons. The only reason I give 4 stars not five is the installation instructions which are terrible and I would urge Hugo and sons to either improve these or put some installation videos on its website. You will definitely need 2 people and it will be trial and error but you will get there in the end but allow 2-3 hours. Also the gas pistons will not work until you put the mattress on as they need considerable weight to get them moving, don’t try to force them without the mattress on. So overall yes a lovely bed and definitely go for it if you are deciding to order, the quality for the price you pay is much better than than what you would get from the big retailers. Lovely bed. Some issues and company have been helpful in offering resolution. 4 stars because after waiting over 10 weeks, it really should have been right first time.

Happy with the bed delivered this week but the blanket box has arrived with a dried on glue stain on the top .
Tried to contact Hugo and sons several times this week and no response . Very disappointing paying for something that isn’t right and then no response.
Update : I have been offered a refund or replacement . Thank you Hugo and sons .

I’m absolutely delighted with the quality of my new bed, the ottoman sleigh bed. Was delivered a week early and the delivery man was very polite and helpful. The base of the bed was easily set up. I did require a bit of help from the support team to assemble the gas lift as the instructions weren’t very clear. However, the support team were quick to respond and very helpful. The bed was quickly assembled after. I definitely recommend this bed and another family member is considering to purchase the same bed after seeing it.
