Don't bother ordering

My advice is to stay well clear. Ended up going to a small claims court to get my money back after nearly 3 months of requesting a refund for undelivered items.

I don't like to leave negative reviews for smaller or independent businesses, but in this case i'd just advise people to avoid the stress.

DO NOT ORDER

I was very sceptical in ordering from these lot. When I did I regretted it straight away. I messaged them on every platform. Completely ignored. I threatened them with the court route and then they eventually decided to open my message and refund me. DO NOT ORDER.

An Open Sewer of a Country

How on earth do these companies continually get away with shafting Joe Public ? Items ordered / Items paid for / Items not delivered / but NO REFUND .
All this whilst the Money Men are living the life of Riley with Joe Public's hard earned money . You see it over and over and over again. What a rat hole of a country this has become. So much corruption .

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. Ordered £100 worth of clothing in June 2025 which never arrived. Multiple messages back and forth about a refund with their “Director” Jack and still nothing. Scam company

This is a con!!!

This is a con!!!

Ordered a jumper which never came and only received automated replies from the email address to process a refund. I lost £30 and luckily I didn't buy anything else. I wish I had checked trustpilot first.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. My order was never sent to me and despite numerous requests for refund never actioned. Clearly a scam and not legitimate business. Please avoid.

Stole my money three months ago!

Ordered a jacket in September. It’s now December, no refund and no item! At this point they have genuinely stole from me. Multiple attempts to contact them and cannot speak to a member of ‘staff’

The company went into administration apparently, but were still taking orders and not replying. I only received my money back because I paid with my credit card.

Would give zero stars if you were able…

Would give zero stars if you were able to, absolutely awful company. Order made on the 22nd September. No item recieved and the send you a blanket email in response to your message and then never get back to you. Disgusting customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Scam store. Avoid!

Ordered a sweater in September which I never received. I emailed asking for an update in October and only received an auto-reply response. No further updates a week later so I emailed asking to cancel the order to be refunded, again only got an auto-reply. Still no sweater or refund by November so claimed the payment back via my bank, Zero stars. Scammers. Avoid!

Only part of my order received

Only part of my order received. No response in regards to the other part of my order despite multiple emails being sent. Huh have always been in bit rubbish but never this bad.

Final update - report this guy

Final update - Action Fraud didn’t take the claim any further. I got a refund via my bank and they managed to force home to refund them. I would say advise everyone to contact Trading Standards and claim via their bank as this is basically theft at this point and people are still getting ripped off for large sums just before Christmas. So strange after operating a good business for years.
