Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Purchased what I thought was a bargain in June!! It’s never turned up, have asked for a refund multiple times with the same automated responses. Steer clear of this retailer!!

Awful consumer experience and customer support
Purchased a jacket on 30 August, which was listed as in stock at the time, and jacket still not received despite several emails requesting updates. Store provided some updates, but these were incredibly vague and unhelpful, and gave no indication to what the issue is. I then requested a refund on 9 October, which has yet to be processed (now 7 November). There is no phone number to call, and no escalation path. Terrible customer service and terrible consumer experience. Avoid.

Item ordered 19th May. Never received. Despite numerous emails and promises no refund has been received and now they won't even respond to emails. They have essentially stolen money.
STAY AWAY!!
Ordered a hoody in March, undelivered.
No update or information. Followed up and was told issues with the warehouse. Waited the further 2 weeks as stated, no update. Re-contacted, and no response. Re-contacted a number of times following, all automated responses.
End of May, finally got a response, again with the same excuse.
This has continued now for SEVEN months!!!!! Disgraceful.
Either a shambles of a company or a fraudulent company. Either way - stay away!!!

Order never delivered & ignored by customer service
Paid for a backpack over a month ago which hasn’t turned up and being ignored by customer service. Wishing I’d seen these reviews beforehand!
Goods returned but no refund
I received my order on October 14 and returned it on October 16. I followed their return policy by sending the items back within the required time frame and in perfect, resellable condition. However, I still haven’t received my refund. They also haven’t replied to any of my emails, and it seems like their website has already been shut down. Very disappointed.

It appears jack likes to take orders/money when he doesn’t have stock. Then gives excuses for delays, falsely says a refund has been made and/or completely ignores you once you threaten with legal action.
Simple way to get your money back - contact your bank or PayPal, let them know it’s now a fraudulent store and request a refund. State you had expected the delivery within the last 2 months.
The store is no longer active but the company has not filed for bankruptcy, so act fast!!

Ordered some jeans for a “too good to be true” price. Waiting three weeks and nothing happened. Requested a refund, which they claimed they issued but it never arrived. In the end I requested a credit card chargeback.
