Odd because I have had good experiences in the past including a £10 voucher for leaving a review. Something obviously happened as I am now in the same boat as everyone else waiting for an order that is clearly never going to arrive. Huh website currently unavailable.

Another negative review. Bought a jacket on 18th of Sept, then told there are delivery delays a week or so later. It is now over a month since my order and still nothing, luckily my bank refunded me. HUH use to have a store near me, I wonder why they closed that one down (not).

Yeah, don't buy from this store. This is a scam, thankfully I used PayPal's third party protection and got my money back. If I hadn't I probably wouldn't have gotten my refund. STAY AWAY!!

No delivery, no communication, no refund.

Argh I ordered some clothes for my son on a Next Day delivery about a month ago and when I try to chase up delivery, I just get generic email responses assuring me it’s still being picked - it doesn’t take a month to pick an order.i was also promised a refund of the Next Day charge that hasn’t happened. If somebody actually came back to me and told me an ETA, I would at least know it actually is on its way. I probably need to cancel at this point.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Frankly, I wouldn't even give it one star if that was possible. Ordered 4 mugs in August. It is now the third week of October. No mugs and no refund although requested a month ago. They send emails saying you are in the queue and they haven't forgotten you but that is that.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered £100 of clothes at the beginning of September for his birthday and never received the clothes. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No refund given. They said they refunded me on but it is nowhere to be seen on my account. After about 20 unsatisfactory emails *as no phone number I have started a claim through my bank. This company is a disgrace. Scam. Do not use.

Really should have read the reviews, had the exact same experience as lots of other people. Order never turned up, can’t contact the store just get sent automated emails. DO NOT USE!!!! Reported to PayPal this company should be shut down.

Don't order anything from here. Place two orders over the summer and received nothing. Keep getting fobbed off. Now got refund from credit card provider. Avoid

Seriously do not buy from this store. I purchased on 21st September and still not received anything. I've emailed numerous times and just received automated replies. I wish I read the reviews. I'll be reporting this store and hope no one else gets scammed. Lucky enough I've paid through zilch so they will be investigating it also. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

Ordered a carhartt bag for my son ready for going back to school, had email saying delay in delivery , waited a bit longer then requested refund .. still waiting on refund looking at others on here I won’t be seeing the money again

Absolutely ridiculous that this company is still running, spent £50 2nd September for two items and it’s now 19th October and I haven’t received it, every time I try to email them I have not got a response, only ‘ we will get back to you in 2 working days ‘ and no body ever does. If anyone has any advice about how to get the money back please let us know in the reviews.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Ordered a Carhartt hoodie over 3 weeks ago now (next day delivery too) still not received lack of communication when asking for refund I get nothing back from them now started a claim through my bank.. how these are even still trading is beyond me . shocking company if you can even call them a company

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. Take your money, send an email about a delay and then do not respond, only automated emails. No refund when requested, hopefully the banks can get them shut down through extensive charge back requests.

Have bought items from them for a good 7-8years now.
Never had too many issue.
The online checkout experience has been good.
The return process was simple enough, and they provided the refund they promised.
Sometimes comms was a little delayed but they've always got back to me

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. I ordered in July and still no order. They don’t respond and when they do it’s an automated response!! I have reported this website and it needs to be closed down! They can’t keep taking peoples money it is a disgrace! They even keep uploading new instagram posts (comments turned off of course) and updating website.
