Hulahub - Very poor customer service
Signed up for a course brokering system with these guys 7 days ago. Have been bombarded with emails and phone calls ever since. I run more than one business and am very busy, so explained that I would get round to filling in details when I had time.
So what did they do - simply cancelled my account!
Excellent business service given that I would be paying for their services.
I guess the customer simply doesn't matter anymore.

Hi Nigel,
I'm very sorry you feel you have had a poor experience. We were advised by your receptionist (Glenda) that you were very busy and wouldn't have time to talk to us or manage your account going forwards hence we closed it as we don't want 'dead' activity providers on our system that people can't actually book anything with.
