I signed up for the 19 99 plan so I…

I signed up for the 19 99 plan so I would have no ads. Lo and behold I had ads. Apparently the shows I watch on Hulu with the premium package of $9.99 that told me there would be no ads is false advertisement because the shows that I watched all had ads. So I changed it to the $12.99 plan that had ads in it cuz I'm like if I'm going to get ads I might as well pay the lower price. But they still charged me 1999 and I'm having to watch my shows with commercials or ads. The worst of it all is is if you pause the show when you come back you have to watch 2 minutes of commercials and then the show will continue where you left off. My bottom line was every time I watched the show it was pretty much an hour of commercials and like 30 minutes of a show but because every time I paused and walked away I had to watch 2 minutes of commercials not to mention the commercials that were already planned I spent most the time watching commercials. When I tried to cancel they wouldn't cancel me until the end of the month. Or maybe I should say the end of that month. So they can get their 1999

How is this a major Streaming service

How is this a major Streaming service? The interface is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life and I grew up in the 70s with an Atari gaming console. I keep trying to remove shows that I’ve watched. It won’t let me it brings them back constantly. I’ve gone to the web found out thousands of other people are just as unsatisfied with this piece of crap interface and as far as content, it’s not even organized well and the algorithm is worse than the interface

We cannot log in and use Hulu almost every day. We have followed all the instructions many times to fix the problem. It still does not solve. We are paying for a service that does not work. I am tired of trying all their fixes. We need refunds.

What is up with all the adds

What is up with all the adds. Netflix doesn’t even have this many. Every couple minutes of my show is an add. It’s like I look down at my phone until the adds are over, I look up as soon as they are over but then another 1 minute and 50 second add pops up. It’s crazy you pay for this.

unholy amount of ads

There's an unholy amount of ads for every show and movie. 6 ads for one episode!?! I know I could pay for no ads but there shouldn't be more than 1 or 2 per episode or movie. It's too bad my kids like the shows and movies cause I'll be cancelling my subscription.

Hulu is just about advertising

The buffering aspect of Hulu and the commercials are indicative of a poor viewing experience. Continually, when the advertisements interrupt the program the show gets frozen. They are too worried about advertising and can’t even supply a decent streaming service service. This is not just one instance; in fact, it has happened to me so many times that I felt compelled to leave this negative review. Hulu is horrible.

The adds Hulu has is outrageous

The adds Hulu has is outrageous, in a 20 minute episode there is four adds. Can’t even watch a short show, an add when you click on the episode is understandable but to have an add right after the intro too is absurd. Meaning there is a minute and 40 seconds starting the show before you are bombarded with another add. HORRIBLE, don’t get a subscription if you like watching 90% adds. I know Hulu doesn’t need that much money and even so TWO ADDS IS ENOUGH. Wish I could do less than a one star review cause it’s horrible.

A nonfunctional streaming service that overcharges…

A streaming service that overcharges while not delivering. Watching anything on Hulu is ridiculous. We pay the ripoff fee but get Ads anyway. The selected video stalls, throws you out, pushes Ads, cuts out altogether. Contacting them is an experience with the questions formulated to make everything your fault. Sucks..don’t pay for something you will never get. 3 weeks of misery. No problems with ANY other Apps.

I tried to cancel my subscpition and they are askig for date af birth and other sensitive information or they won't cancel it.
I'm filing a complaint with the consumer complaint division of the attorney general of my state.
I am not giving a subscription service that sensitive information just to cancel a service.

The Hulu App Sucks

The Hulu app sucks. Your content isn't good enough to treat customers this way. "We're having trouble playing this" is my screensaver now.
I suggest you tear it down and find a smart 13 year old to design a new interface.

Hulu is a JOKE.

Getting really sick of watching 2 minute ads on freakin repeat. I pay for ads. That is all hulu is. I am sick of trying to watch a show or movie and for every 5 minutes I watch, there is a 2 minute ad. Then, sometimes hulu will glitch and I have to watch another 2 minute ad. Once the show comes on, I get 30 seconds of watch time before ANOTHER AD pops up for me to watch. It's bullshit. Do better hulu. It's that simple.
