What a a fabulous job Humphrey Munson do.
We had a kitchen and later other joinery in our house and it is all terrific. So much thought goes into the design and preparation that they make the installation phase look easy. Everyone involved takes so much care in what they do it really shows in the finished product. It would be hard to single anyone out but Louisa and Nathan were great on the design phase and Tom made sure that when it came to installation there were no surprises. The standard of workmanship both on and off site must surely be down to Peter who makes sure the designs work in practice. The installation team were excellent on both occasions.
If you want a top quality product, well thought out and executed, this is the company to choose.

We can not recommend HM high enough. I would go as far as to say the best service we have ever received from any company in any walk of life. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Excellent service from every single individual we came across in the team. Wonderful consistency in their communication. I have a HM kitchen and I wanted to change the island lights. I needed an extra long cable due to a vaulted ceiling. Phoned HM, quote sent straight away, payment taken and lights delivered on time. Great customer service as ever! Thank you.

Visited the new Kings Road showroom today to be welcomed by Chloe and Louisa who were both knowledgeable and so friendly.
The space is so very well designed and shows glimpses of at least 8 different room sets but each space flows very naturally into the next.
It very much feels like visiting a real home.

They made us a pair of very nice Kitchen chairs. The service they provided from enquiring to delivery was excellent with help at all stages to make sure we were kept up to date with progress.

We could not be any happier with our kitchen. It is the heart and soul of our home. Kate and Louisa are masters of their craft. I had full trust in every design aspect and the final product showcases that. My only sadness is that it is clearly so amazingly made I don't need to change it!Their after care is also second to none.

We absolutely love our beautiful kitchen, utility and boot room and are so happy that we chose to use Humphrey Munson. The customer service, quality, design and attention to detail are first class and we could never have got close to the finished result with another company.

The whole experience from beginning to end has been amazing and very enjoyable. From our first visit to the Felsted Showroom when we didn't want to leave, to design meetings with Kate, Louisa and Nathan, the production process with Tom, installation with Tom and the brilliant fitters, to after care with help from Chloe and Georgina, we have loved all our interactions with the whole HM team who are always professional, efficient, fun and down to earth. Thank you particularly to Louisa who always goes above and beyond to help and gives brilliant advice.

We have since gone on to ask HM to help with additional rooms and pieces of furniture, as we know that although they can be more expensive than some, the quality of the end result and overall experience they offer is worth it.

The kitchen was the most important part of our house when we first started looking into our new build. My wife and I went out to 4 different kitchen companies for quotes and inspiration. Humphrey Munson for us stood shoulders above the rest. The team in the office were lovely to deal with and very professional. They came up with ideas we hadn't even thought of, and we went in with a good idea of what we wanted. They assisted us with all the flooring in our house and almost all of the paint choices in the rooms that they were working in. They also helped us with the lighting pendants in the kitchen and built our dining room table. All of these products we love.
They made the whole design element of the build very enjoyable rather than stressful.
We ended up using Humphrey Munson to build our kitchen, Utility room, Panty, living room shelves, media cabinet and our vanity in our bathroom. All rooms have been fitted and finished brilliantly. The fitting team were also lovely. They were very neat and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Humphrey Munson to a friend and we hope to be able to use them again if we extend.

Simply amazing. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and design knowledge is excellent. They are so professional and deliver what they say they will, when they say the will, not a mean feat in the construction and building industry where our main contractor is now 15 weeks over. Every step of the process is impeccably managed and every detail is covered resulting in a flawless final product. Just as importantly every individual we spoke with from Design, to production, installation and painting were the nicest, most considerate and professional, they were such a joy to work with. HM are worth every penny and a true best in class and bar setter, I would not hesitate to use them again, it’s a shame their kitchens are so timeless and of such quality we may never get to do another kitchen with them.

The customer service was amazing and George in particular was so helpful and patient with all my decisions. I am delighted with my byron table, countertop stools and havisham chairs. We also used the Sloane porcelain which looks beautiful. Such a friendly company and the delivery men were great too. Would definitely recommend them!

We have had a wonderful experience with Humphrey Munson from our initial phone call enquiry to now, one year after our kitchen/utility and boot room were installed. We felt so supported during the entire process and the whole team were so patient with us taking ages to make up our minds about things and even changing our minds part way through. They guided us into making the right decisions without being forceful or ignoring our wishes. The designers designed us the most beautiful rooms and the fitters and hand painters were a delight to have around. Everyone is clearly extremely passionate about their work and it shows in the final product. We also bought a beautiful dining table from them and had a small problem with it which was instantly rectified. The after care for everything has been amazing. Special thanks go to Louisa (our designer), Georgina (my office liaison) and Tom (production) who held my hand and put up with me through the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Humphrey Munson to anyone. The finished product is truly beautiful.

I bought a beautiful bespoke Byron dining table from Humphrey Munson. George was very helpful from the outset and extremely patient as I changed my mind several times over what size to order! Whilst it is more than I had originally planned to spend, the table is absolutely perfect, exactly what I had hoped for and in my mind it’s well worth the extra investment.

Humphrey Munson offer exceptional service and outstanding products. They fitted our new kitchen last year and it is not only beautiful but hard working too, easily withstanding the wear and tear kitchens inevitably experience! We have just ordered three of the leather bar stools to complement the kitchen and they are the perfect finishing touch!
