I ordered 3 stools and a dining table and chairs for my new kitchen. They look even better than I imagined they would and are a solid sturdy structure. Great craftsmanship!

Humphrey Munson are simply a first class company to deal with. From initial consultation through to design, installation and completion the entire team are incredibly competent, trustworthy and diligent. They are masters in their trade and I would not hesitate in recommending Humphrey Munson to anyone looking to install a new kitchen or purchase the most comfortable and stylish bar stools I've ever seen!

Excellent service, impeccable workmanship

I cannot fault a single element of the process with Humphrey Munson. The design phase was of an incredibly high standard which I assumed couldn't possibly be matched by the install and after care process but it was. The standard of craftsmanship is stunning and I know our dream kitchen will last a lifetime. I will never move now that I have such a gorgeous kitchen but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else again! Thank you to all involved (especially Louisa - you have an incredible gift!)

Our discussions with Humphrey Munson started in Aug 2020, as we were looking to design a special kitchen and utility in a new build. The company came recommended to us by our own 17year old son (who is very much into Interior Design). From day one, the team displayed engaged customer service and great courtesy, which one expects from a high-end British organisation, but which sadly many other outfits lack so very badly.

Louisa, our creative director, puts design, symmetry, and style first, resulting in all our visitors being wowed every time they walk in! It is nice to have something truly beautiful nowadays when there is so much to choose from in the market. Attention to details, high quality prevailed throughout the installation, as well as courtesy from every single employee who came in to fulfil the job applying their specific skills.

It has been a pleasure to work with Louisa and Tom, our Project Manager, for 12 months, as our project was managed with true professionalism, despite being fairly modest in comparison with others in the HM portfolio.

We wish the Humphrey Munson team all the best for the future, may they remain successful for a very long time! We are very proud of our beautiful kitchen – best space in the new house!

After a strong recommendation from a friend in the trades, I asked Humphrey Munson to quote for my kitchen & utility room in my new-build. From design to build, the whole process was exemplary. I found it hugely helpful that the designer didn't just 'order-take' - she was offering very useful suggestions about layout, accessories, even requirements for how the internal parts of the drawers could be laid out. Unless you've done this before, you really do need expert advice. Now, turning to the build - I've had 7-8 kitchens fitted in various properties over the years. These fitters were by far & away the best I've ever seen - the attention to detail was spot on; nothing was too much trouble where I wanted a few minor alterations; polite; on time - just can't fault it. I'll not be using anyone else the next time I do a major project

We have recently had a Humphrey Munson Kitchen fitted into our home and the team at Humphrey Munson were an absolute pleasure to work with at every stage of the process.

Right from the initial enquiry we made, through to the design process with Louisa and her team and to the finished product being signed off, we were very impressed!

The whole team made our experience very enjoyable and the Kitchen is absolutely stunning and workmanship second to none, as you'd expect.

The communication from Tom throughout the process was fantastic and ensured the project ran smoothly and to schedule.

We initially came across Humphrey Munson when we explored their instagram page. Right from the get go we were stunned by their beautiful craftsmanship and we decided immediately that we could only use HM for our kitchen.

The design process was seamless and we were provided with various ideas to choose from. We were also presented with a variety of colours, all of which were exclusive to HM.

The installation process was incredible. From the pre-install survey to the efficiency of the tradesmen. The care and time taken by the painters (all done by hand on site) was something to be admired.

Any minor problems that we had post completion was dealt with swiftly by HM and was rectified without any dilly dallying.

All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with HM and Tom, Louisa, Alfie and Becky are all a credit to the company. It is a premium product and you will pay a premium, however it is worth every penny.

Our kitchen project has just been completed and we are absolutely over the moon with it. The whole process has been fantastic, the delivery was organised and well managed and our fitting and painting team could not have been better. I completely fell in love with HM designs right from the beginning and was so excited when we had the opportunity to see what their designs would be for our new home. Our kitchen is truly the heart of our home and it was so important that we got it right. HM completely understood the brief and came up with the most amazing design. Little did we know that our lovely new HM kitchen would be put to the test so quickly. 3 weeks of two meals a day for 6 people and I’m still loving being in the kitchen! It’s beautifully designed so everything is easy to reach and access. The workmanship is a joy to behold. Going back to the design phase Louisa and Emma surpassed themselves. They came up with lots of ideas (all completely different) which really made us think about the space and how we would use it. Installation was next and the whole team from fitters (The Toms, Jez and Joe) to the painters (Becky and Alfie) were a joy to have in the house. Their attention to detail is impressive and they want everything to be perfect. Back at home base Tom was the ultimate organiser, sorting out everything so that installation ran smoothly with as few visits as possible. HM is an incredibly professional company, filled with people who care about their product and put their clients first. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful kitchen and would and will recommend you highly to anyone and everyone.

Having seen a kitchen designed by Humphrey Munson in Homes & Gardens magazine, we approached the company to design and build a kitchen, pantry, boot room and cloakroom in our new home, pretty much at the same time we appointed our architects to design the house! Peter Humphrey and the design team took little time to create rooms that we fell in love with and happily worked directly with our architects and contractor to ensure the process was executed seamlessly. Over the period of our relationship with them we can honestly say that we have never dealt with a more professional, creative, accommodating team of people. Peter, Nathan, Louisa and the two Toms have been a delight to work with. Their communication has been exemplary and every step of the process has been meticulously outlined and followed up. Delays with the build that had impacted installation of the kitchen were dealt with practically and quickly and the HM team worked extremely well alongside our contractor. The carpenters, installation crew and painters are truly gifted individuals and their craftsmanship and attention to detail is to be applauded with encore. Humphrey Munson have created the most wonderful rooms for us and exceptional furniture that will stand the test of time in both quality and design. We cannot praise them enough and if you are thinking of a new kitchen we highly recommend that your first port of call be Humphrey Munson.

We have a most beautiful kitchen which gives us everything we asked for!
Light (without having to knock a chimney breast down), a bigger island and beautiful handcrafted furniture with everything planned so well to make cooking an absolute pleasure. This was my request to Louisa when I first approached Humphrey Munson and this is exactly what she designed.

A very professional company throughout the process. Everything was methodically planned and installation efficient with all hand finishing of units done on site.

They do prefer you to use their suppliers of products to cover their guarantees. Although I did use different worktops having a small levy charged. Other than that I couldn't fault them at all.

They say you have to pay for quality which in this case is true. But I'm so pleased we did because this room now makes the family gravitate towards it and that's something for not so keen cooks!

Next on the list for HM could be the laundry room!

Humphrey Munson are without question the most exquisite kitchen/cabinet makers. Our kitchen was installed around 2 years ago and when I stand in it today, I still see its beauty in design, quality of materials and put simply.. good old fashion craftsmanship. We felt.. the craftsmanship element was missing in so many other companies we looked at. Their ability to mix timeless craft and design and pepper it with modern chic is exceptional. From start to finish the experience will be well planned, tailored and timely. The different departments pass the baton of your project seamlessly; we also loved the fact that their expectation of the finished product will be far higher than the clients. This guarantees a finish of such a high standard and attention to detail that the reveal day will literally take your breath away. Their knowledge of the craft and Kitchen appliances is unparalleled. So many things are mass produced nowadays.. which is fine most of the time. But your kitchen/home should always be filled with things worth rushing home for.. after all, it’s your castle, your kingdom. Humphrey Munson installations bring back to life the classic customer service Of the past whilst creating Iconic & beautifully crafted kitchens that create the heart of every home and the warmth of family life.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I say finish, you get to look at your beautiful kitchen everyday so the experience never really ends.

There was no way we weren't having a HM kitchen after visiting the showroom for the first time. The service, enthusiasm, quality & attention to detail is unparalleled. The guys at HM love what they do and it really shows. We couldn't be happier!
