Very happy with my purchase and overall experience.
Luc in particular was very helpful and provided me with some good advice.

Little bit of a lack of communication after the initial email confirmation of purchase. I was unable to confirm a delivery date, even though the people I spoke to were lovely, which I have put down to Xmas. The biggest letdown was the company who do the delivery. Basically they dump it at the front door of the building and walk away. With the comment as it’s up one and a half flights of stairs to the actual door ‘ we don’t do stairs’, so be warned if you want it delivered to the first floor.

Really happy with the service and my chair.
I was sad because the chair I wanted is only sold in the States, but Hunts Office actually build these chair and deliver them to your door.
They took a month or so, but the wait was worth it!

Amazing. I've ordered online and Jenny took care of notifying me of delivery dates and helped me with any enquiries I had. The chair came assembled in perfect condition. Highly recommended

Good selection of chairs to try in the showroom. The website chairs didn't however match completely (office versions are different to home versions in materials and price). The chairs are also pricey, displaying prices inc. VAT would be helpful.

Their sales reps were very responsive to questions and did a great job (thanks for your help Luc Meziani). Equally the delivery people were lovely and carried my chair up the stairs for me.

I've ordered a Steelcase Gesture with 4d arms, on 5th on Nov. The chair was supposedly new, but came defective. Upon reaching out to the customer service, I was asked to provide a video proof, which I did the same day, and was ignored afterwards for a week. Upon reminding of my existence, I was ignored for another week. Finally, the chair was replaced, except it was defective in a similar way, but to lesser degree. Was it used? Was it returned by another customer? I don't know.

Clarification:
- I first reported the issue on 17th of Nov
- the same day I provided a video proof
- on 21st I reminded of myself, I was told to wait for the Operations team to reach out to me
- on 25th I reminded of myself yet again, I was told to wait again
- on 30th I was told the chair will be shipped
- I received the chair on 1st of Dec.

That's two calendar weeks, most of which was asking me to keep waiting with no apparent reason.

Another update:
The Hunts Office refuses to either send me the replacement part, or to replace the faulty chair.

Good service and communication from the account manager throughout.

Great customer service, quality of furniture and all round service! I've had the best experience with Hunts Office and would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I love my new chair. This steelcase gesture is really beautifully made. Hunts office were excellent at communicating about delivery and the chair came very well packed. Couldn't be happier.

I had a good experience in purchasing my product, which I got wrong due to my misunderstanding. The staff was very good at assisting to enable me to get the right product. There was a return and a new order. I was kept informed every step of the way.

Hunts Office has the goods (the right chair for the right price) and very helpful support and service. I was informed when my chair would arrive, and when I missed the delivery, they rescheduled promptly without additional charge.

Bought a Steelcase Amia chair through Sophie Roe at Hunts and I thought she was excellent in terms of coming back to me and talking me through the process. She even talked to me during her lunch break when she was on a training course. The chair itself arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Great service.

Hunts Office provides a wide range for office and home office supplies. I bought some nice desks and chairs of Steelcase, and went through Sale Executive Luc Meziani, he replied emails very quickly, and demonstrates professionalism with a nice tone. Hunts Office delivery team is also easy to deal with. Overall it is an excellent 5-star experience

I wanted to buy a customised Steelcase Leap V2, and Hunts Office is really the only company that could realistically supply that to the individual who's working from home in the UK. Also my chair was not the usual 'just add to basket' type from the website, as I wanted a customised combination of that chair using different models. To the rescue comes sales-lady Sophie, who arranged what I wanted and set me up with a customised chair to be built direct from the Steelcase factory.
Well... you can't get a service any better than that can you? Sophie was very professional and spent over an hour on phone guiding me through every step of a sale and explaining all my options for the chair including the detailed points of the warranty, and also sending me out fabric swatches, so I could further make informed choices. So a very professional top quality service all round.

I've bought a Think chair from Hunts.
The whole process is very straightforward and took about 3 weeks. I was kept updated at every stage and negotiated the delivery date.
Durign delivery Hunts assembled the chair and took all the boxes away.

Excellent customer service, Jenny was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with a couple of issues (entirely my fault)
