After many weeks of research for the ideal office chair, I finally decided on the Steelcase Gesture from Hunts Office.

This chair is not cheap, but as somebody who works from home and spends sometimes upwards of 10 hours on this chair, I can say it is a worthwhile investment. The chair is highly adjustable and comfortable and has helped with back issues and I've only had it for about 2 weeks now! For reference, I am 6ft3 and rather slim and this chair is perfect.

As for Hunts Office, I've had a great experience buying from this company. They kept me in the loop regarding any updates of the order. I'd recommend Hunts Office to my friends.

Ordered a custom Steelcase Series 2 office chair - arrived quickly and well packaged!

Great customer service. Initially enquired about fabric samples and got some sent out super quickly by Emma. Later when buying the chair, spoke to Luc, who provided mock-ups of two different chairs in my chosen colour, and was helpful throughout. Estimated delivery time was 6 weeks, received it in less than 3 👍

I called Hunts Office in regards to purchasing an accessory, not a spare part, for my Steelcase chair as they are an authorised dealer of Steelcase products. I was told that they have the accessory but would not sell me it as I never bought the actual chair from them. I've never experienced this from another company as a customer before, extremely discriminatory.

My experience was very good overall. They happily returned calls and emails regarding the status of my order. One way in which the service would be better is if somehow clients can check on the expected date of delivery online, starting from the minute the order is placed. Nonetheless, it is worth iterating that the service was great.

Great pre-sales support with a follow-up after I received my purchase by Luc. He was able to look into a few concerns I had going in and addressed them handily. Delivery was very fast as the item was an "in stock" item, only taking a few working days. The chair I received (Steelcase Gesture) was well packaged and in perfect condition.

I'm very pleased to having purchased my chair at Hunts. I ordered a Steelcase Series 1 and they delivered in only 2 weeks and a bit! I am also very happy with my purchase. When I was doing my search, I found out that chairs can be either very cheap and uncomfortable or comfortable but completely unaffordable. Hunts had just the right chair for me and one I could afford too. Jenny Bird sent me an update acknowledging my order and when it was due to be delivered.
