Disappointing experience when it really mattered
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.
At the beginning, everything sounded very promising. The communication was smooth, and I was reassured multiple times that the insurance cover would be reliable and that I would be well looked after if anything happened.
Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when I actually needed to make a claim. At that point, it became very difficult to get clear information or meaningful support. Communication slowed down, and it wasn’t obvious who was responsible or who I could speak to directly. It felt like I was left to deal with the situation on my own.
I understand that claims can be complex, but this is exactly when a client expects guidance and support — and that’s where I feel things fell short.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider their options and ask detailed questions about what happens during the claims process before committing.
