Don't bother. This company is a waste of time! John is rude and constantly ignores calls and texts. He is only interested in "paying customers". After 8 weeks of constantly chasing him he said "you're not even paying me". We hadn't even got to that conversation yet as he had done nothing for us, we just wanted basic information on how it worked.

We are now moved into our first home! we wouldn’t have been able to do it without John. He’s been brilliant from start to finish, always at the other end of the phone if we’ve needed him. If we hadn’t have used first time buyer solutions we would still be stuck renting, with a way to go before we could have gotten on the ladder.

John was excellent through with advice through the whole process and explained the mortgage process in detail to us. He was always available on the phone when we needed him and no question was too silly and he made it all really simple to understand.

We bought our first house through John 23 years ago and it was a very smooth transaction. 23 years later our family had grown up and moved on so it was time for us to move to pastures new we had our house up for sale with strike and John came to view and eventually we sold through John to another first time buyer who he helped to get on to the property ladder.
