John and everybody at first time buyers really did make buying our first house a breeze. We thought it would be years before we could call ourselves home owners but that wasn't the case thanks to First Time Buyers. I was sceptical at first and wondered what the catch was but there reallt isn't one, from start to finish with John's help the process was made very easy. And in a little over a month we were in our very own home. Thank you John!

Me and my partner Emma wanted to get on the property ladder but didn't have a deposit saved. First Time Buyer Solutions were absolutely fantastic they found a property for us in the area we wanted to move to and also arranged for the deposit.

We began the process in Jan 2018 and by the end of Feb 2018 we had moved into our new home.

We are very thankful for their great customer service and speedy process, 5 out of 5.

Took awhile getting the mortgage in order with the bank but the first time buyer solutions team kept in regular contact and helped massively all the way through, we are so greatful for what they have done for us. Without them we would of never owned are own house, There amazing.

Strongly recommend John & first time buyers solutions, I can't speak highly enough of them.
We had listed our house with a local agent in March 2017, after a handful of viewers & ridiculous low offers, we found a buyer & a new house. Unfortunately in July the sale fell through leaving us 2weeks to find a new buyer before the vendor of our new house was going to relist. After feeling completely let down by our agents we started to explore other options, we contacted John at the end of July, after he viewed our house, we received an offer which was almost the same as we had accepted through the agent. Confident that we wouldn't loose another sale we accepted this and John had a buyer the following week. Our purchase unfortunately fell through but we quickly found another house to buy. During this at no point were we rushed or pressured to move & felt John was always there if we needed advice. The role that John & the company played in our move was seamless, I can't fault them at all. Even after we moved John has kept in touch & I've recommended them to friends & family who are looking at selling or buying their 1st home.
We wish we had used them from the get go, as it would have been less stressful on our part & prevented the heartache of the problems we suffered.
