Following a webinar led by Lewis Coglan, I chose to have a 1 2 1 session with him personally. Having to re-schedule I waited for a slot in his diary. The reason was that he came across as knowledgeable, relatable and very professional. He managed the 1 2 1 session very professionally, with great listening skills. He imparted a number of really useful pieces of information which were very specific to my circumstances. He came across as an experienced financial adviser with an in depth knowledge of the industry and products. I rarely do reviews but felt this young man deserved recognition.

The general session was really informative. It helped clear up some questions I had around pensions and an insight into things to think about going forward. I had a review with Callum Gorrie to look at whether my dreams of early retirement were possible, and to maybe set a realistic date on when this might be achievable. Callum is very personable. He listened, asked questions to get an overview of my home life situation. I felt very at ease and after speaking with Callum he suggested a couple of things I could do to boost my income/savings to enable me to have the income to bridge any shortfalls until such time as my husband reaches state pension age.
