Your $50 claim. What $50 claim???
I keep getting emails stating, "We noticed you still haven't claimed your $50".
A claim for $50 from WHO?? Give me a name of the company that's supposedly sending me this $50?? A pretty simple oversight on an email that makes it looks like its a phishing scam?
After researching this company it says it handles payouts for employee's of companies but I don't work for any company that uses this type of weird payroll payout.
Fast, Efficient, Payed within 15 minutes!
I was skeptical at first seeing these reviews and opting in before I knew about this company to transfer money. Hands down this process was efficient and fast. I was sent money from Asurion Home Plus for a claim and it couldn’t have came quicker. I attached PayPal and got paid with in 15 minutes of confirmation and reimbursement. Not sure about the other vendors who use this platform but Asurion made it easy and the funds were available immediately. Still a little nervous to use this in the future, but with PayPal there were no fees.

It is the most horrible fintech entity you can ever use. Runnnnnnnnn!!!. Amazon pays you, they take the money and refuse to credit you. After a while, they just stop responding to your email. You call them and the only thing you hear is that "our techical team are working on it". Months later...they are still working on it.

This company is a scam. They hold your money and claim they sent you an activation email. Then claimed my email was blocking their system, odd thing is I get all emails except the one where they have the link to pay me. Almost 2 months of constant emailing just to get generic replies. Forced To Use Them Thanks To Amuse
So I'm an independent artist and to distribute my music through stores I use Amuse. I company i traditionally vouch for and recommend to all of my friends in the community however it used to be a direct deposit to PayPal when withdrawing funds I've earned but since partnering with HyperWallet they've made my life a living hell. I can't stand HyperWallet. It's awful, it reminds me of something from 2010-2011 that's outdated and irrelevant but trying their best to convince people they serve a purpose when they don't they're just a middle man. As someone who hates having a larger online footprint than need be i don't like having to put more information out there than i should need to. Thanks to Amuse i now have to jump through hoops everytime i want to recieve the money i've earned. I hope eventually i can delete my HyperWallet account and never use them ever again. But if Amuse continues forcing users to go through them just to get the money THEY'VE EARNED. I might have to switch distributors which would suck considering i've been using them for numerous years and loved them until now. RIP.

i was supposed to get a reimbursement for a product review on insiders. The account says i am not recognized and i emailed 6 times for help and they keep telling me to log in and use the chat. How? i am not recognized! They have sent me the same instructions in all of the emails. I suppose they keep my money if i cannot access it.

I bought airplane tickets through mytrip.com and even my credit card is still the same they told me I will need to go through hyperwallet to get a refund. This system didn’t worked at all and I can’t access my refund from air Canada ! I am scared this is a scam from both company what should I do?

Money stuck and can’t log in
I signed up via StockX and logged in via my normal paypal account to recieve payment for a pair of sneakers i had sold. It created a new hyperwallet account, which keeps saying “error” whenever i try logging in. I have $300 dollars locked up in that account and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible thousands of dollars pinned up which have been for my business. Hyperwallet stated there are ein issues yet have no customer support. After being told the issue was resolved I still have a bright red error message all over the screen. When you do get in touch with someone they have no idea about US business classifications and tell you to call the IRS? Seriously dude? I have a legal business in the United States with paperwork. Why promote transactions and advertise your company without any customer support. States it’s by PayPal yet I have a BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL!!!!! This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company- customer support is uneducated and useless.

This must be one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered as a customer. I spent around 50 hours trying to finding out who was responsible to help me and then another 20 hours trying to fix the problem. In the end, I was so fed up I ended up leaving the project I was working on because I didn't want anything to do with Hyperwallet and WorkMarket again. They keep sending their customers back and forth and they refuse to take responsibility, help or communicate with each other. I wish all your future clients good luck and I hope you have better luck getting paid than we were.
I ordered a pay card through Color…
I ordered a pay card through Color Street. I was charged an activation fee and shipping. I never received the card. They will not refund me the money. They do not ship it with tracking. Poor service. I had to choose the card and find another way to access my pay. I do not recommend! I wrote to them via email. It took over 11 days to receive a response asking me to call them. They couldn't take care of the issue.
Highly suspicious behaviour
Hyperwallet wrote to me 'out of the blue' saying they were updating their terms and conditions.
"As part of Hyperwallet’s preparation to manage some necessary changes arising from the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union we’re slightly amending the legal agreements that govern your relationship with us."
I have never had ANY dealings with this company and have no relationship with them, legal or otherwise, so straight off this is spam and, I would say, a scam.
I wrote to them asking what it was all about and they said that to maintain the privacy of my account with them (which I definitely don't have!!), they required any questions be sent through a secure channel.

Amazon Seller very frustrated with Hyperwallet's Customer Support
As an Amazon Seller (obviously verified or I would not be able to sell!), I have to register with Hyperwallet in order for my money to be paid into my bank account in South Africa.
I continually get an Error 403 message stating that my details are not verified??!!
Amazon say they are obviously and send me back to Hyperwallet who do not answer my emails other than automated responses! This has been going on for 8 months now and I am unsure of how to resolve this!

I'm joining the voices of Saatchi artists who are very unhappy with Saatchi for directing payments through Hyperwallet. Saatchi tell me it's a you beaut fast, convenient and reliable service. Yay for that! Except it is none of those things. I can't use the app without the connection timing out. The documentation is onerous and if you don't get it right your details won't be verified and you won't get paid. I haven't reached the stage of accessing customer support but by all accounts I shouldn't even try. This is appalling non-service from both companies.
